I'm purchased this during the Black Friday sale and I'm glad I did. I'm not very computer savvy so I wasn't looking into the details as much as some may. I wanted to replace my old Hp it was over 5yrs old and it was working slower then normal. My main goal was large screen, like my previous one. It's working perfectly for me. No issues, easy set up. Bright screen ,large keypad (bonus). Very happy I ordered .

So far, I haven't had it for 6 months yet. But so far it is so much better than my last one. It's a lot faster. I don't think it has a much at his own to it. As my last one, but it's a lot faster. It's doing everything I needed to do. I hope it lasts long. And everyone of my laptops and desktops have been H. I just like him they're, good

Absolutely love this laptop. So glad I choose this one with the 17" screen. Im slowly setting it up with my apps. Its holds a charge for a long time.

i love everything about the laptop. its the best but i saw a face id and fingerprint feature, that is why i bought it but i cant access that option ever since i bought the laptop and i dont know why. it keeps saying its not supported. aside that, its indeed the best

love that i never have to worry about ink again! it comes in the mail before i even need it. Im big on having things on hand and always being able to access it when i need it, so easily.

I knew I was Ted to purchase a laptop. I browse the models making my selection pulled the card and took the card to the associate. I was told they didn’t have that model. I asked why were there coupons in the computer slot. I was given a flimsy answer blaming a different areas fault. In the end there were no more models in that price range so I purchased a more expensive model. Love the computer but the associates were not helpful.

It's really nice to have a laptop where the keys are separated to naturally fit your hand. The non-glare screen is a nice upgrade from my last laptop so I don't need to worry about seeing the screen when the sun coming through the window at my back. I'd give it 5 stars but it just doesn't have enough USB ports so I had to buy a multi-port adaptor to handle the different usb needs I have. 2 ports just doesn't make the grade.

The spec for this computer says it is a touch screen, but it's not. I called customer service to report the issue but they said it was not a touch screen. I decided not to argue the issue (even though I can read spec as well as anyone else) because I am satisfied with the value I got for the price. I am still upset, however, with Sam's for arguing rather than reading the specs.

The charging port should be a 2c charger as most laptops are this way now. Also the bullock doesn't work and I hate it.

Whatever the material is on thecoutside is not of good quality. My labtop is stained and ruined on the outside from putting a simple wet tissue for a mere minute. If your looking for a metal or handware labtop, this isn't your option.
