[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a 70 year old woman who has had a multitude of washers and dryers through my life - this is hands down my favorite washer and dryer ever! First, it looks like a million dollars (I ordered the black steel color). It is so sleek and elegant. Love the all digital controls in the middle. The capacity is larger than my previous full sized name brand stackables. I really appreciate the quiet operation since the unit is located in an open area right off my bedroom. The controls are very intuitive - I never had to read the instruction manual. Also, the washer can handle the tiniest load and still spin out all the excess water. I can't say how often I had to remove still dripping wet clothes from my previous washer because it was incapable of balancing small loads! It does a great job of washing and drying. Couldn't be any more pleased with it - GREAT DESIGN!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own the wash tower now 2 months, it washes and dries perfect. That is our first gas dryer and we are so happy. The clothes smell good and it dries super fast way better than any other dry system. Even it is a wash tower, the top part is removable for easier transportation. LG should have that mentioned in their commercial. Functions are easy, you can even remote start with your smart phone. It saves also a good amount of energy due weighing the laundry. The direct drive motor makes this model pretty quiet and longer lasting, no belt like in other washers. I would love to see one size bigger of the wash tower in the future. Did I mention you'll save a lot of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Washtower for about 3 weeks now and have loved it! My wife and I love having the controls at the center of the unit removing the need to tip-toe reach up to use the dryer controls. The unit is incredibly quiet and stable when spinning- a large upgrade from our previous dated stacked unit which vibrated the whole house when spinning. Typically with high efficiency wash/dry units you 'agree' to a longer wash cycle, but we've been pleased that even with a FULL load that it took just over an hour to wash and less than that to dry. I gave it 4 stars on features because I have yet to figure out how to do a simple timed dry. Perhaps they deemed that cycle too inefficient given it bypass the moisture sensor.

Am very impressed with the quality of the LG Washtower. I bought it after seeing adds on TV. Never "saw" the product in person but was so wanting a combined washtower like this I bought it sight unseen. I love the smart features, that it knows by the type of wash that it automatically selects the matching dry cycle. Like the wifi with notifications of when the cycle is done. The tempered glass is beautiful. Very happy with product!

Just love the new grey color and especially how you can press the on button to have light inside to make sure you get all the clothes out of the washer! Love how there is ample room to add detergents. Still love tinkering with each setting and enjoy the chimes but so glad I can turn them off, too. The time on the display is no longer a lie! 15 minute loads! No mold smells either! I have mine inside cabinetry, it’s a bit dark to load the soap dispenser some days but added cabinet light to solve that.

This unit allowed us to tuck the washer and dryer into a corner and make the space beautiful. We are having a cabinet built to surround it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my machine for a few weeks. The sleek design gives me a lot more space in my laundry room. The controls are easy to read and directly in the center of the unit. My mother is legally blind and washing a her clothes has been a struggle until we got this unit. Then unit is so smart that touching and finding all the buttons is not a problem because it knows what you are washing with just a push of a button. The dryer is also smart and knows what to do because it’s paired with the dryer. Another concern we had is the height and if she could reach the dryer. She is very short but again, no issues there. Our clothes come out clean and they smell clean even with a large load. They also don’t come out all wrinkled up and dry very nice. We are so happy with our purchase! It fits all of our families needs and does an amazing job! You won’t be sorry.
