My main concerns are the dryer doesn't seem to dry completely after any buildup occurs that would block air flow and lessen the ventilation cubic feet specs. I'm working on a solution for this by changing the fixtures that is mounted to a roof that the hot air escapes from. My primary concern is that I have this unit mounted on a FOX steel dolly to keep it on wheels so I can move it around if i need to easily with just myself. Unfortunately it's challenging to get the unit to not shake and tremble when it starts its spin cycle. Have you ever considered elevating the unit with some cargo straps that would support it from the bottom, but be mounted above the unit, basically suspending it in mid air? I believe by doing this it will eliminate the rocking and shaking. It's that or building a mini platform like they built skyscrapers on to resist earthquakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is so intuitive that I don’t understand why it haven’t been thought of before. Anyone that has limited space really needs to consider this unit. A conventional washer and dryer can stack however the controls are quite high and shorter people, like my wife, have a hard time using the controls. This unit has all the controls in the middle of the single unit. Controls are so intuitive it takes only a few seconds for set the wash or drying cycle you want. Large, full size, capacity for even the largest loads. I would recommend this unit to everyone. In fact, I did. After my son saw mine, he then purchased the same unit for himself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG stacked washer-dryer for features including 1) center controls --- a HUGE PLUS and unique among competitive "stackables," & 2) above average tub sizes -- 4.5 Cu. Ft. washer, 7.1 Cu. Ft. gas dryer. Both features are exceptionally functional, useful and of great value. In 1st month of use, it performs very well and meets expectations. We strongly recommend it to potential customers. And, its very quiet too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature that really sealed the deal for us on the WashTower is the central control panel in the middle of the machine, which makes it so much more accessible than other models where the controls are separated and the dry controls are at the top. We also love the flat doors, which help keep our narrow walkway clear. Most front-loaders seem to have bulky bubble windows--these are much sleeker. We were concerned at first that the options in the control panel would be too overwhelming, but the menu is really easy to use. We've also been impressed with the sensors in the machines can determine how much time needs to be added to the dryer cycles.

The products require extra maintenance. The top ice maker requires chopping the ice at least 3 times a week, the water filter assembly required replacement, the washing machine requires the most maintenance, with draining the system often, otherwise the drainage water starts to smell! We purchased this unit because it fit the specific space where we were looking to put our washer and dryer. All of the features work as advertised and our clothes come great. Our only complaint is that the dryer doesn't seal and water leaks into the control panel.

Our 4 year old Samsung washer started having problems with stopping during various Our I had purchased matching Samsung washer/dryer 4 years ago and had problems with the washer. A technician came out and determined there was a short problem. He said he would order the part and come back out in a week. We then received a letter from Lowe's saying it would cost more to repair it than it was worth so they refunded our purchase price. I'm not buying anymore Samsung appliances since I've had nothing but problems with them. This situation required me to do some research for a new washer. We had stacked our Samsung washer and dryer due to limited space so I wanted another stackable combo unit. I decided to go with LG this time since I've had better luck with their products. I then found this new designed one piece washer/dryer unit so I purchased it from Home Depot this time (online purchase). This combo one-piece unit is 2 inches shorter than the previous Samsung washer/dryer stackable separate units and 1 inch less deep so it fit my space very well. I use a gas dryer and I did the installation myself and luckily no water or gas leaks! This single combo-unit runs well and they are quieter than the old Samsung separate units. I like the sleek design of this new LG combo unit and how the close the washer and dryer controls are. It looks very stylish and has operated very well so far. I would definitely recommend this unit for those who have space issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own the wash tower now 2 months, it washes and dries perfect. That is our first gas dryer and we are so happy. The clothes smell good and it dries super fast way better than any other dry system. Even it is a wash tower, the top part is removable for easier transportation. LG should have that mentioned in their commercial. Functions are easy, you can even remote start with your smart phone. It saves also a good amount of energy due weighing the laundry. The direct drive motor makes this model pretty quiet and longer lasting, no belt like in other washers. I would love to see one size bigger of the wash tower in the future. Did I mention you'll save a lot of space.

I do like the basic functions but have been unable to hook it up to wifi, so can't connect to the app. This was really my only option based on space, so it's fine. I wish I could get better support to troubleshoot wifi issues.
