I have not had to use the product yet, but after reading the instruction manual, I feel confident in my ability to use it with ease. For how large it is, its noise level is relatively quiet. We'll see how it performs if we truly get the weather that has been forecasted!

recently bought this generator, as a backup for our house and various system. Blown away by the overall quality of the build, you can tell the quality control is very high due to the system check paint marks around various components. Also instruction manuals and various quick reference guides are second to none I recommended this to family and various neighbors.

This was bought a couple of months ago and it is a horse!! I finally have a transfer switch installed and I cannot get this thing to bog down. It has the backbone needed to keep our lights on, the water heater on, the kitchen counters on and the wall oven too without a grunt. It is very heavy but that's to be expected.

I live in western NC and our power goes out all the time. i never cared until my son was born. i can rest easier now knowing that we will be warm and comfortable. Generator was well packaged and setup was easy. started right up on the first try with propane. Highly recommend.

Just set this up today. Bought it because we were out of power and it was 17 outside. I had it up and runnining in less than 30 minutes, even with the cold (numb fingers). I am ready for when the power goes back on, and ready for the next time. No more sleeping with a ton of blankets and huddled around a small propane camping heater. This easily is handling my computer, micorwave, and 2 space heaters. Great for power outages when you really need the heat. This set up was fast, and it works great (at least the first hour of it)

JUST RECEIVED TODAY AND THIS THING SEEMS TO BE BUILT LIKE A TANK. VERY PLEASED SO FAR. IN FLORIDA WITH OUR HURRICANES IT'S BETTER TO HAVE A GENERATOR AND NOT NEED IT THAN TO NEED IT AND NOT HAVE IT! SO GLAD IT'S TRI FUEL AND I CAN SIMPLY ATTACH TO MY TRANSFER SWITCH. CANT'T WAIT TO GET IT RUNNING AND TEST IT OUT.

The product delivery was delayed but the performance was as advertised. After assembly, I tested it with both gas and liquid propane and the switch required little more than a simple hook and the flip of a switch. I am very confident this product will provide the assurance and service desired. It is a little noisier than I had expected, but I do not know that this is unusual. YES, I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

I bought this April 2025. It’s been untouched sitting in my garage. Unboxed for the storm we just went through in January 2026! Took me maybe 30 minutes to get set up. Very good instructions with very few assembled parts. Added the oil supplied and gased it up. Fired up first time with the key fob! Tested out an outlet and everything worked great the first time. Great quality and I highly recommend this unit for emergencies.

Bought this a few weeks ago and just started it up for the first time (using propane). Everything started up smoothly and it seemed to run as expected. I haven't used to actually power anything yet, but I see no reason why this would be a problem. So far so good... I'm glad I bought this unit.

We bought this generator almost a month ago. Set up was pretty manageable and smooth. It fired right up! We feel such peace of mind knowing that we have whole home power when the next storm rolls through. I can't wait to get a transfer switch installed.
