Assembled this generator yesterday, testing it today. First time starting. So far it runs for about 5 seconds and stops. Multiple attempts, same result. Troubleshooting guide suggests bad gas. The gas was recently purchased and has stabilizer. Also suggests dirty air filter - it is new, low oil -full. i am confident this can be resolved quickly.

Durable well built unit. Bought this to have a piece of mind for when we may lose power. Haven't had to use it, but will feel ready for when it is needed. Got a transfer switch kit installed for easy plug and play when the time comes. Handle bar is a great feature that makes it extremely easy to navigate.

I just bought a couple a days ago, very impressed with this GEN. everything is there and very handy. Company has made sure everything is there but fuel. Item is set up very well and looks like very well made. shipping was right on time .It was very easy to set up . Started right up first try very impressed!!

My generator came in today and a couple days early. 60 minutes after I opened the box I had it running. I ran it on propane for a few minutes and put under a small load for a few minutes. Every thing seems to be running fine. The weather is great right now and I hope I don`t need it but I have it ready to go.

I bought this generator in July of 2025. I did not attempt to start it until our first power outage in February of 2026. We attempted to start it and it ran for about 30 seconds before cutting off and totally locking up. There was plenty of gas and a full quart of oil. I am just now beginning the warranty process with Westinghouse and will update the status once we have a resolution

I purchased this unit based on the gave reviews I seen online through multiple outlets. The power it can put out is truly amazing and with it being Tri fuel you have options for fueling this thing. The instructions for install were thorough and easy. I appreciate Westinghouse providing the propane and natural gas connects with the unit as well! It is sturdy and well built. The wheels and handle are heavy duty and make maneuvering this thing a breeze. I will say this unit is HUGE and LOUD. I do feel at ease now since we often have hurricanes and freezing temps here recently in Texas, that has affected our power grid. I would definitely recommend this unit, if your looking to power your whole house during emergency situations.

So Far so good just got it and am very happy with it so far, fast delivery. Easy set up ,multiple options besides just gas ,love the color easy to use especially for a girl who grew up in the city and moved to the mountians we lose power all the time and having a child with special needs going long hours without power is not an option for me ,with this new gen I can run the coal stocker, well pump and other important needs. I will be recommending it to friends and Family

This generator came highly recommended online and by friends. After buying this generator I called an electrician to come install a 50amp inlet to power the whole house and when he saw it in my garage he said that this was the exact generator he sells to people when doing these inlets.

Well, we had a huge storm coming in the weatherman, said it was gonna be the worst than the history of the world. Turns out we had a couple inches of sleet. We were grateful. If it had iced up the way Chris Justus thought it would we would’ve needed this generator absolutely. Turns out we haven’t had to use it yet, but it looks like a really nice machine and we’ll be prepared next time.

We bought this a few months ago in preparation for possible outages within the next few months. We haven't turned it on just yet but setting up the feet and wheels and adding the oil was simple and to the point using the supplied instructions. We are ready for the upcoming storm and have peace of mind that we will not need to go without power. I will come back and update my review after the first time using
