I bought 2 of these generators WGen10500TFc one for my home and one for my daughter's home. We live in a remote area and are subject to power outages. My daughter works from home and is an online instructor on the internet. These generators are very easy to connect and maintain and supply whole house power if you can be a bit conservative. With the remote start and battery start there is no problem for my daughter to hook up and be back running with a minor break from her class.

I just set up the generator yesterday and everything is working including a connection to my home electrical sub-panel. I used gasoline for the test run and will be installing a natural gas line next. We experience power outages in our area about twice each year usually lasting a day or two. During the last big freeze however power was out for ten days. We're looking forward to having a dependable backup system.

I am very happy to have this in my storm preparedness arsenal. Knowing I have a reliable backup plan gives me great peace of mind, and the build quality seems solid right out of the box. While I haven't had a chance to put it through a full power outage yet, the setup was straightforward. I feel much more prepared for the next storm season.

Received the generator directly from Westinghouse and the driver placed the skid in my garage with ease. Ran it for 7 hours to ensure proper break in with conventional oil supplied and then replaced oil and cleaned filter as instructed. So far it has been flawless and the generator id ready for service as needed. Instructions were vague concerning specific oil capacity and I had to figure out the 12mm socket size for the oil change plug, but overall it was very easy to navigate.

After much research just got the generator today. The transfer switch isn't installed yet so I haven't used it but I am looking forward to backup power for my whole house. The tri-fuel options are great and for me, this unit seems like a better option than a standby unit, all things considered.

I bought this about a month ago. The set up was easy to follow, I hooked up the generator to natural gas line and it took a couple tries to start up. I think it was just the air in the line gas line. Once it cleared up it started right up and powered the whole house with no issues. The only problem was getting central air to work over a 30AMP circuit connection from the generator. I will need to upgrade the home hookup to 50AMP service to support initial startup for central air which requires 40AMP for start up.

This generator is gorgeous. it was delivered intact and on time. thanks, walmart! the generator performance is outstanding! i love ❤️ the electric start using the key fob! just one push of the button, and it cycles twice to start. i love it! it came with everything needed. the box is very heavy due to the packaging of extra goodies you will get. it will get lighter after the box is open and supplies are removed. this generator is powerful! I saw it power my entire house, as items were needed. what a game changer! putting it together was a breeze. the manual is easy to understand. i like how open and accessible it is to maintain this generator. this generator is a great home addition. it is a life saver and worthy investment! thank you, westinghouse!

Quick delivery. Remote start is nice, not sure if necessary. Auto choke. I haven't gotten a chance to use it to power my home, but easy assembly and seems to run strong. Not very loud at all, comparable to a lawnmower. I hope I never have to use this, but i'm confident it's powerful enough to handle business. I used 5W-30 oil to make sure it's ready for any type of weather.

Pretty much runs the house. We are running: 2 - 210 A/Cs, 65” Samsung TV, Lights, Ceiling Fans, Refrigerator, Chest Freezer, Modem, Washing Machine, 3 Oscillating Floor Fans, and we were alternating between the Hot Water Heater and the Clothes Dryer.
