My generator was delivered professionally and with no issues! Unpacking was easy by using a box cutter on 3 corners. This unit is heavy but I able to install the wheels and cushion feet with no issues. After adding oil and recreational gasoline “No Ethanol” it fired right up and runs extremely smooth and for a unit of its size it's relatively quiet, very pleased with that feature. I haven't had to use it for what intentionally bought it for but feel that it's more than adequate for keeping my whole house powered up during power outages. We live in the Upper Lower Peninsula of Michigan where our storms get violent sometimes and your without power for hours to days. I would highly recommend this generator, you can trust the Westinghouse name!!!

I was happy to receive the generator however I have not had a chance to put it together. I'm looking forward to many years of good service. I feel confident I made the right decision. It was tough actually ordered two different generators lol had to send one back tried to stop it but anyways I've got the big bigger one thanks again.

I bought this product last month ,in the past , I have bought expensive tri fuel generators in past and they lasted one year and now Iam exited about this one in the past I've owned other Westinghouse products and I still have . Just know this is it from experience . Thank you Westinghouse .

I recently purchased the Westinghouse WGen10500TFc Tri-Fuel Generator, and overall I'm very impressed with its performance. I wanted a generator that could provide enough power for my home during an outage while also giving me the flexibility to use gasoline, propane, or natural gas. This generator checks all those boxes. The biggest advantage for me is the tri-fuel capability. Being able to run it on gasoline, propane, or natural gas gives me peace of mind, especially during a prolonged power outage when one fuel source may not be readily available. Natural gas is particularly convenient because I don't have to worry about storing large amounts of gasoline. The generator provides plenty of power for household essentials, and it has the capacity to handle multiple appliances and important equipment at the same time. The electric start is also very convenient, and the overall setup and operation have been straightforward. I also appreciate the build quality and heavy-duty design. It is a large generator, so it is definitely not something you will casually move around, but the wheels and handles make moving it much easier when needed. Another thing I like is that Westinghouse includes useful features that make monitoring and operating the generator easier. The controls are relatively straightforward, and the generator feels solid and well-built.

Easy to set up, good instructions and operators manual, oil funnel is thoughtful. Very powerful unit. Once the wheels installed, the generator very easy to move around on concrete. Set up in a storm in the dark and attached propane tank. Started right up.

Bought this after our RV generator went kapootz and as we are building our home. It runs quietly enough, starts easily, and should meet all of our needs. It's a bit heavy, but it's a good generator. I like the CO sensor and remote start features. Very pleased with the purchase so far.

The 10 500 TFC looks like a great machine, bought this to replace a smaller one to help us get through the when the storms come calling. Had a lot of current failures in the last 2 years. I especially like the remote start the co monitor the USB ports the electric start and the battery charger included. Looks Like a very nice machine

I purchased this generator to use with a 40 amp Generlink from Black Hills Energy in SD. When running on propane it provides 9500 running watts which is the exact amount to be paired with the generlink. Very affordable option for a whole home backup generator and it can be used for many other uses. 5 stars from me!

Its a great product and even though its extremely heavy the size of the wheels make it light to move. Only issue is have is I ordered dual fuel gas and propane #WGen10500DFc but I was sent model 10500TFc trifuel and i'm worried that my extended warranty will not match what my receipt says

Negatives: Missing hitch pins for the wheel assembly. No connection cable. A bit noisy because of the engine size (500cc). Very heavy to move it around. Positives: Easy start. High output. Enough outlets. Potential to support a home during power outage. CO shut off option.
