I just got it out of the box. I wanted to register it proir to setting it up, adding the oil and checking it over. It is a fine looking piece of equipment, if it operates as good as it looks I'm sure I'll be quite pleased. One thing I noticed, it is easier to move with the solid wheels. The previous generator I owned had tires with air in. It was harder to move and the tires were consistently flat when I needed to move it.

Purchased for backup power for my entire home in NC. I installed a transfer switch (breakers) in my panel so I could disconnect the main power coming in and have the generator supply power to the entire home. Added oil and followed the startup instructions and it started right up. I did have a power outage a few weeks ago and needed it. Ran perfectly for 4 hours with no issues untill the utility power was restored. I would highly recommend the generator.

After a super large flood hit our holler, we lost our previous generator. This replacement was in the right price range and had great features. The triple fuel option is excellent, as we have free natural gas to our house. (Gotta love West Virginia!) The cabling and accessory hoses are great also. Hope this lasts through the next flood.

I just got it, so I haven't tried a load yet, but it looks very well made. Add 2 wheels, rear supports , add oil and done. Less than 15 minutes. The 3 year warranty is the bonus. I have a tiny Westinghouse generator for 4 years that I've been very happy with

Their customer service is horrible. It worked well when I used it in early April but when I shut it off all the gas leaked out. They have no service for it within @ 75 miles and they don’t take care of getting it there. Now I have to put it on a pallet and they will have it picked up and after they receive it they will send me a replacement as of late August so far I needed it twice but could not use it

Just got this on the 20th have not even started it up yet it looks like a nice one when they delivered it they delivered it on a pallet which my garbage people doesn't really want to take a pallet but I talked him into it so that was good so hopefully this thing runs good cuz it looks really nice and it's going to do the whole house before giving it a lot of stars I need to get it started up
