It’s great generator. Large capacity to back up house. Easy to start. One downside is loud but I didn’t spend extra $$ to get a quieter inverter generator.

Great powerful generator, got it started right up, love that is tri fuel and it runs my whole house, including 2.5 ton central air. It was free delivery to my driveway.

Works as advertised start up first time I push the start button on the remote control, which is a true blessing. Excellent piece of equipment very well thought out.

Purchased frfom a neighbor who bought it a year ago and never used it. I wanted a natural gas generator that can power my whole house including my HVAC. I believe this unit will do that for us.

I just got it today 4-30-26 and haven’t had a chance to use it yet. So far it is impressive, easy to assemble the few things that are required. I’ll have to return with a better review after I have had a chance to test it.

Just unboxed and set up. Easy/straightforward instructions. I appreciate the "bent" funnel for oil fill. Started up on auto with propane and runs smoothly. We'll see have it works under load for the future.

I purchased this generator on a black Friday sale 2025. I live on the west coast and was planning on returning to my home on the east coast January 2026. We were on the eve of an ice storm January 24, 2025, and I scrambled to get the generator in place. Everything was looking good until I started the unit. It fires up and immediately and after about 30 sec, it shuts off. Called support had a ticket opened however, was in the dark when the power went out. I purchased this brand based on the reviews pertaining to the reliability of this generator; I hope Westinghouse makes this right.

I just recently purchased this generator and am very pleased with it and its performance so far. Shipping was very quick and undamaged. Plenty of power and alot of great features. Would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants a residential generator.
