The online reviews got my attention, but the great features and Westinghouse reputation sold me. The Tri-fuel flexibility is an option I will use in the coming years. Plus, the 3 year warranty is added confidence I chose a great generator. Well built. Heavy duty for years of service.

Bough this for power outages in the summer in NE Texas but the power went out after a cold front. I have to say its wire via 50 amp plug to my breaker and this generator did exactly what it was supposed to do. I hadn't tried it on natural gas but I connected to my homes gas line and it continued to run like champ.

i love this generator, the features of the remote start is outstanding, also its not as loud as i thought it would be for a big unit, it is loud but not ungodly loud, i bought this to be a whole house back up if ever needed. the hurricane last year put us without power for 6 days..... this is big enough to power our house if needed and portable to move around the property, the tri fuel is a major plus.

I bought 2 of these generators WGen10500TFc one for my home and one for my daughter's home. We live in a remote area and are subject to power outages. My daughter works from home and is an online instructor on the internet. These generators are very easy to connect and maintain and supply whole house power if you can be a bit conservative. With the remote start and battery start there is no problem for my daughter to hook up and be back running with a minor break from her class.

Received the generator directly from Westinghouse and the driver placed the skid in my garage with ease. Ran it for 7 hours to ensure proper break in with conventional oil supplied and then replaced oil and cleaned filter as instructed. So far it has been flawless and the generator id ready for service as needed. Instructions were vague concerning specific oil capacity and I had to figure out the 12mm socket size for the oil change plug, but overall it was very easy to navigate.

Pretty much runs the house. We are running: 2 - 210 A/Cs, 65” Samsung TV, Lights, Ceiling Fans, Refrigerator, Chest Freezer, Modem, Washing Machine, 3 Oscillating Floor Fans, and we were alternating between the Hot Water Heater and the Clothes Dryer.

I just got it set it up. It started no problem once I turned on all the proper fuel lines. Now I'm registering it and in order to get a cover I need to leave a review here. Assembly was a piece of cake and everything‘s operational and working just fine. I will try to run it once a month and keep the fuel fresh and the battery charged. Fingers crossed for 6 to 9 months down the road when winter arrives again and I'm sure it will get a workout.

I purchased this generator to replace a smaller craftsman. This generator is great and connects to my 50 amp outlet for my interlock switch. It is powerful and isn't as loud as I expected. It hasn't gone through a full power outage yet, but I do not see why it wouldn't perform well. I ahve done a test run and it powers my 2k square foot house perfectly. I will probably get a soft start to add to my HVAC unit. The remote start is a great feature and I am confident that my wife can start the unit if I'm not home.
