The WGen10500TFc absolutely delivered when I needed it most. I just purchased my Westinghouse 13500 tri fuel generator put the wheels on it and the rubber feet, put the gas in it, put oil in it, and charged the battery. it cranked very first time. Runs like a champ, now I'm very confident when the power goes out.

I just bought my new Westinghouse generator.... have not had a chance to use it but I am really exited to put it to use....it has everything you would need to make using it so easy..... I really like that it is tri-fuel and remote start..... we are expecting bad weather in the next few days ..... probably get to use it ..... can't wait tks

I purchased this generator last year after hurricane Helene left us without power for over a week, fired it up yesterday to test it before an ice storm rolls through this weekend. It powered on without any trouble and powered my 1500 watt heat gun with no trouble at all, I'm hoping to keep my fridge and deep freezer running as well as a TV and router, maybe a space heater if needed in the event that our power goes out again.

We bought this back at the end of September 2025 and have used it a couple of times during power outages. It is very easy to setup, start up and the remote feature is great, especially when the weather is very bad. Having a tri-fuel unit provides great flexibility. Highly recommended.

i bought this generator to power my home in case of an emergency and hired an electrician to install a high voltage connection to my breaker box. The electrician confirmed it is capable of running the entire house and one of the air conditioning units without overtaxing the generator. It also is easy to start with the remote starter and love the three fuel option. This unit protects my home for a fraction of a permanently installed automatic generator. Love it.

Got this as a Christmas present for power outages and was excited to put it to use. It was a pretty easy assembly and just needed to put the wheels and feet on, add oil and connect the battery. It’s a tri-fuel so it can run on natural gas, propane or gasoline and you use a selector switch to pick your fuel type. I chose propane and hooked it up. You can either pull start, push button or remote start. I used the remote start and it started right up! I was able to run multiple heaters connected to extension cords to heat my garage and it ran awesome. I’ve also used the push button and it starts up everytime. It’s a great generator!

After store Helene, we purchased this generator to have portable whole house back up. So easy to install. Easy to move in/out of garage for use and can't wait until we have the transfer switch installed. Husband even had me move and start to assure I was comfortable if the need arises to have back up power. We even named ours "the beast" such a reassurance to have options for fuel type!

I bought this to upgrade from an older generator I had that I couldn’t get parts for anymore. I had an electrician help me with my selection because there are so many to choose from. I also choose this one for the tri fuel capability. I’m planning to start off on propane and eventually will hook it up to natural gas. I hope to never have to deal with bad gas issues again. (Referring to my generator of course) Pleased with my purchase so far. Looks very well built, easy to set up, purchase and shipping was painless. I would definitely recommend this product.

Not very happy bought this 3 months ago with hardly any hours on it and went to start it today 1/23/26 and will not start.. sounds like the started has died … we live off grid and use generator to charge our solar system when it is needed… now not sure on what to do…
