I bought this a month ago after Beryl hit our hometown hard. Shipping took 22 days but I received it and set it up this weekend. The instructions are simple to follow and the start up process was easy. I haven't had a chance to run it after an outage, but I will update my review if I have any future issues. In Texas you never know when you will need it.

Just purchased a new WGen10500TFc - Tri-Fuel generator to use as a backup power source when our power goes out during storms and winter weather. Living in tornado ally its not uncommon for power outs from hours to days. I was able to use this generator to power my house and well pump out in the country with a full load test. The generator performed as it should have. The future will tell how reliable this unit will be, so far I am very pleased.

I bought this after having Texas power grid failures averaging 2 times a year for several years. I did a ton of research and found that I had a 5 ton AC that would take a large output generator to power it. I wanted a generator that would power my entire home, run on Natural Gas, and not break the bank. This thing has so many great features. Remote start, CO2 leak detector, manual start for back up, etc. I haven't had to use it in a real life power outage, but the peace of mind it gives me is priceless.

This generator is ideal in that it has 3 ways to fuel it-propane, gasoline and natural gas. That way in case one form of fuel becomes scarce we will have other options. It comes with all accessories needed for each fuel source. It is a nice solid generator which becomes very mobile once you attach the wheels. It is very easy to start up and use! It amazingly arrived 1 week Earlier than expected and in perfect condition. We couldn’t be more happy with this purchase!

I bought this last week arrived with everything I needed as described on the website! Going to test it out this weekend to make sure it will run the necessary things in our home, for when the next hurricane comes, our daughters don’t have to be without!

This 13500 watt generator started instantly after adding oil and fuel. It seems to be well built, it looks like it is capable of running and charging anything I'm going to use it to run my whole house in a power outage. I will update after that time. So far it seems to be a great generator at a good price.

I previously had a gas generator and couldn't get it to come on because I forgot to remove the gas the last time I used it. I purchased the tri-fuel generator because I don't want that to happen again. I will be using it with natural gas and shouldn't be having this problem anymore.

Product was delivered with all parts expected. 2 people are really necessary to get the feet and wheels on. I am running Natural Gas, so had to take out the spark plug and gap it correctly. Fired right up the first time. Only negative is that I wish it would show output watts.

I bought this a couple months ago, for the hurricane. This unit came packaged well and works great as directed. Even came with the supplied oil and funnel. This unit was a great size to power my whole house, minus a few larger items such as washer and dryer. but is great. Like the option for tri fuel as well.

I wanted a tri fule model after the last storm having to drive all around to find gasoline Just waiting to have my house nat gas line fitting installed so I can hook in my gen Haven’t used it yet but my neighbor has a dule fule and he likes it hopefully mine works just as good
