With uncertain times, some weather, some power grid some political, having the security of being able to power my home, not if but when things fail is a great relief. I see it like insurance, hate to pay for it, but so glad to have it when you need it. Being that this is a tri fuel I have it plumbed into the house supply, awesome! But if needed I can run it on propane, of gasoline. So no matter the situation I have my home and family prepared.

I bought this product for its power out put and the ability to operate on multiple fuel sources. This generator is large enough to operate all of my homes essentials during emergency power outages. I also like the fact that the generator is portable so it can be used at multiple locations if needed.

After researching several generators, I decided on this one. It has more features than other generators I was looking at, the quality of the product can be seen as you unbox the generator. Very easy to follow instructions and it can be ready to work in a very short period of time. I am very happy with my choice. Highly recommended.

I bought the 14500/11500, and a transfer switch, once i got the transfer switch wired in to the main panel the Generator setup and operation was easy peasy. I hooked it up to a propane tank and turned off my main power breakter and then turned on the generator and transfer switch and all the breakers i hooked up work just fine. it has a remote start keyfob as well. the frame and materials appear to be relly good quality, heavy and sturdy. I am very pleased with the purchase. i feel protected now when the power goes out for days at a time after storms.

I got this generator as a gift from the company I retired from. It’s absolutely fantastic! Came with all the accessories that I needed and a toolkit to hook everything up. The contractor I hired to install the electrical plug on my house was impressed with it as well. He kept telling me it’s the only brand of generator he would trust. Well shortly after we had a power failure in our area and we cranked this up. It worked perfectly and without issue. Ran pretty much the whole house without failure. It came packaged securely and had a few parts to attach, such as the wheels, but still no complaints as everything was easy to do. I’m glad I went with this size and have no regrets. I would 100% recommend this generator.

So glad that I was able to purchase my Westinghouse generator. Last piece of the puzzle to help become disaster ready. Easy set up, did it my self in about 30 min. Nice to have all the pieces included, I didn’t have to make extra trips for oil or funnel. After following quick set up guide, connected propane for initial start and fired up like a champ. Hoping that we never have to use it, but nice to know we’re ready if we have to.

It runs smoothly and isn’t as loud as I expected. Looking forward to having this as a reliable backup during power outages. So far, so good!

Really happy with the build quality of this generator. This thing is built like a tank! Also very happy with the Tri-fuel available operation that is versatile to keep the power going matter what... from whole home power, to up north snowmobile shack power or working out on the hunting property! Large ergonomic handle and bearings in the wheels to easily move the unit around. Also comes with a ton of accessories (25 foot natural gas line with quick connect, Propane hose with regulator quick connect and tool kit) and nice large user manual.

Purchased this generator about a month ago right after Helene. I have used it several times with Propane; started right up on first try. Remote start fob is great! In a power loss situation, I plan to run it off natural gas we have at the house and run the electrical service through a manual transfer switch. With the 50 amp service, I can run most of my house. Also with the 50 amp output, I can run my welder. Build quality is excellent. It is heavy duty and also heavy. Assembly instructions were straightforward. Shipping was fast and easy with a liftgate service. The operations manual and other maintenance literature definitely sets you up for success.

The generator was packaged efficiently and effectively. Mine came with a small gash on the exterior box, but because of their diligence the generator was unharmed. The quick start guide was easy to follow and I had everything assembled and test ran the generator in under 45 minutes. The remote and electric start is a great feature too.
