Bought for hurricane preparation as an upgrade from an old 6000W generator. The push button start works well with automatic retry and expect this will help all items (minus fuel) to get started out of the box were included. Very detailed manuals for maintenance, operation, etc included as well.

Bought this portable generator as a more affordable option than a traditional whole-home generator. I wanted something that could run on natural gas and after a lot of research, this seemed like the best option. I was concerned about THD, and this was by far the best option for that.

I bought this to replace a generator that I'd had for years. I knew I wanted a dual fuel generator this time, but was pleased to find this triple fuel. The instructions were clear in American English. I've only run a few times at this point, but it starts easily and runs well. I could not get the fob to work, but that's not a concern for me. The price is great for the power it supplies and I couldn't believe all the bells and whistles it has. Great product, highly recommend.

Was trying to purchase the 11500TFC but was never able to find it in stock. Very happy with this purchase as it is enough to power the pool, freezers and first level of house if we lose power. Works well on propane for now (started right away) but will put on nat gas for longer run time solution later on. Ease to maneuver with the long handle and bar. Only challenge is the recoil start. Have not been able to start from recoil when engine is cold. It is a pretty sizeable engine so will have battery always on trickle charger.

After reading through many reviews of many brands and levels we went with this unit. We are very pleased with our choice. This unit has the capacity to support our whole house either by direct plug in or drop cord use. We also purchased a 50 ft 50/50 cord for the fuse box. The unit came in way ahead of schedule and packaging was extra sufficient to protect the generator during shipment. My husband had ease with the assembly and startup was a breeze. There are plenty of sources on this generator to supply any connection we may need or want to use. As of yet , we are very happy with our investment whether it be for hurricane or daily summer storm outages here in Florida.

Just got it delivered in time for hurricane season and fired it up Runs smooth, it's pretty loud but I guess all generators are like that The remote start is nice and the fact I can hook it up to 3 different fuel sources means I'm gonna be good no matter what

I just received my new Westinghouse 13500 portable generator today and have already attached the feet and wheels as well as added the oil. All tools and the oil are included with the unit. They even provide a funnel to add the oil. The features this unit comes with are very impressive and make it a great value for the money. One of the best features is the provided plug in battery maintainer to key the battery fully charged and ready for use. I'm very impressed!

I bought this about a week an a half ago and right from the start- the packaging was done with the intent to protect the product - the assembly was very simple and can be done with just one person but two would be easier - nothing cheap about this and the tri fuel options are a Hugh plus. The documentation leaves nothing to guess at. This generator can power my mobile home with no problem with maybe minus the electric dryer and I do have central A/C

We have owned several generator manufacturers in the past and this one is the most versatile and best running. We bought the tri-fuel model to have access to every type of fuel type at our home. This generator has a lot of power and long run times for the price. It is not as heavy to move around like others for it's size. The key fob is the icing on the cake.

Happy thus far. Easy to set up and start. The remote start/electric start will come in handy in rough weather and for the wife to operate. Seems to be a great product thus far. I researched generators for about a week before deciding on the westinghouse.
