Without them we would over heat and fizzle out. When the new gen arrived it had a "you got a free upgrade" turns out they sent tri-fuel instead of dub-fuel. I bought this generator 9 days age and so far it worked perfectly. About 2 months ago I also purchased a Westinghouse pressure washer and both of them have performed excellently. My overall assessment of Westinghouse electric products is, that they make top quality products and have a great support service. Another plus, My new generator came 3 days earlier then originally scheduled.

Purchased this tri-fuel generator so we could charge our EV. Tested it out today and it will work charging our car. We hope we never have to use it but you have to be prepared. Hooked up to natural gas line so we will not have to run out and get gasoline.

I bought this Westinghouse 13000 generator as a backup for our home. Easy setup, mount the wheels and legs and add oil to engine I used propane as a fuel source and used the remote key fob to start it. Fired up on the first try no problems. Runs strong with the 500 cc engine. Supplies plenty of power for our home’s electrical needs. I would highly recommend this generator as an excellent product built by a reputable company.

Unless you don't mind it being over 100 degrees in your house in Oct if the power goes out, you have to have a generator if you live in Houston. This generator runs our whole house. We installed it inside a pool toy box, put in a muffler, and have a place the cord and gas line can come out of. This keeps the generator dry in bad weather, and we don't have to worry about it taking up space in the garage.

Had 7500 watt, decided to upgrade to 10,500 watt. These generators are extremely well made and thoughtfully designed. The quick connects for gas or propane, accessibility of oil fill and drain points, fuel shut off valve, outward facing screw to drain the carburetor, balanced weight, heavy duty shocks, charging/charged LED indicator on the trickle charger, gasoline screen for catching trash at the fill point, and best of all, tri fuel to allow versatility. Would love for a cover to come standard though. Outstanding generator all the way around.
