Purchased the generator after Hurricane Beryl to ensure we have a power solution in the event of another Texas power failure. It packs a lot of power and options into such a small device. I hope we don't need to use it much, but it is ready and easy to use if we do. Setup was easy and instructions are initial maintenance were clear.

Have always thought about having a generator but never wanted one that was complicated to use. This generator certainly took care of that concern. It is extremely easy to hook up and start up the ability to run on three fuels definitely gives me a lot of flexibility.

I bought this to power my home in the event we lose power. I finally got my 50 amp plug-in installed so I can hook it up to my house. For the amount of power it’s rated for, I thought it was pretty easy to move around in the garage, etc. everything looks top notch and dwarfs my old one. Can’t wait to live the high life when the power is out!

Purchased my Westinghouse generator in October just prior to being deployed to Georgia to assess hurricane Helene damage. Boy, am I so glad I ordered a durable and Tri-fuel generator! This generator is a BEAST and supplies smooth, consistent current to my electrical panel to run entire house. Ready for first winter storm to hit our state and confident this generator will keep my house power running without any problem!

I just bought this generator to backup my entire house since we have had problems with power outages and since I have small daughters it is a problem, with this generator it is more than enough for my entire house, an excellent purchase that I made, and is tri-fuel it's a plus. 100% recommendable.

I bought this after Hurricane Beryl passed through. I now have this unit connected to natural gas and my breaker box to power the whole house (with the exception of 5 ton AC) in the event (distinct possibility in Houston Metro) another hurricane comes through. Started right up on natural gas and powered everything without a problem. Hopefully we'll never need it but it's nice to know it's ready if we do.

Bought this for a whole house back up generator to replace a 5000 watt generator. It was easy to assemble (just wheels add oil and the front feet). This generator is well built and heavy duty. I ran it to a propane tank and stood in the house used the remote to fire it up. Started up put a small load on it and it ran great. Its as loud as a riding mower when standing next to it which I expected. It seems to be quieter then the 5000 watt generator I’m replacing. But its not to bad from inside the house. I will be hooking this up to natural gas and wiring it into the house with a manual transfer switch in the next couple days. It should be able to run enough things in the house to keep me us comfortable and not worry who open the fridge or saying they are to hot or cold. Hopefully I never have to use it other then starting it occasionally and maintenance on it but feels good knowing its there.

I purchased this to power my whole home it can power my 4ton AC and lights,fans, TV’s. The Tri fuel gives you the flexibility to use various fuels. Quality build and workmanship. With a name brand like Westinghouse you cannot go wrong and has a great warranty.

Everything is working perfectly right out of the box. The rig up was easy. I’ve been running it for over 75 hours straight. First on propane and then switched to natural gas. Both work great. I’ve already recommended this to many friends and colleagues.

We bought this right before Hurricane Helene was going to hit Florida. Thankfully we were just west enough to not get any effect but it sure did offer piece of mind knowing we would be able to run most of our house with this. We set it up and are working on the break in hours. So far so good. We did notice a strange humming when load is put onto the generator the first time we used it so we will be making sure this isn’t a problem. Overall we are pretty happy.
