I received the item on time. Got it on a pallet. Not a single damage. Comes with complete accessories as advertised without defects. The product looks great and durable. A bit of challenge to put the wheels on due to the weight of the generator but it’s doable with a hard wood for a leverage to tilt the base, the wheels are easy to snap on otherwise. Registering the product for the warranty was very easy online. I have yet to put the generator to use but I trust the brand would speak for it’s name. I will follow up with another feedback after putting it to use later.

I bought this to replace a generator that I'd had for years. I knew I wanted a dual fuel generator this time, but was pleased to find this triple fuel. The instructions were clear in American English. I've only run a few times at this point, but it starts easily and runs well. I could not get the fob to work, but that's not a concern for me. The price is great for the power it supplies and I couldn't believe all the bells and whistles it has. Great product, highly recommend.

Live in Florida and needed to use this generator just last week for nearly an entire day. Ran it on my natural gas line and it kept my large house running on all cylinders! Very happy with how powerful it is! Just what we needed for our large family home! Easy start up too! My wife can start it all by herself!

I bought this generator because of the natural gas connection. I can’t believe how well built this is, this is how things used to be made. I am glad some companies still feel the same way. This is a great generator, and quieter than most open frame.

Performed my due diligence by checking reviews on multiple sites and the majority were overwhelmingly positive. Unboxed, tested and ready to go for the next storm! Quality of the build appears excellent and there are too many features to count. So far, pleased with this purchase…thanks Westinghouse.

I bought this generator and it pushes my welder, just fine. It also powers my RV with no problem at all. I can take it on the job site and power. All my hand tools. It's versatile and the remote start. This is amazing, especially when I'm lazy and I don't want to go outside. To turn it on, I recommend to anyone

I bought this Generator in hopes to power my house and central air. I tested everything out after it arrived and was very pleased with how it performed. I used Natural Gas and was able to power my entire home including central air without the Generator bogging down at all. Highly recommend.

The generator was delivered on 09/05/24. I unpacked it on 09/08. seems very sturdy and well built. It started without any issues. Very good documentations. I am expecting it to work right as the manufacturer specifications. I will start load testing next weekend (in a couple of days). I will update my post with the load test outcome.

I compared several models and this particular due to the size and many features such as the extra option to hook up to my pre existing natural gas connection, that combined with the key fob makes it very convenient to remotely start and stop unit. Great product for the power and versatile features.

Just bought this to increase the amount of available backup power for my home. Well made generator that has a lot of nice features such as the tri fuel and the remote start and stop key fob. Also comes with the wheel kit along with a battery already installed which some other brands do not include and must be bought at an additional cost. Very nice at a reasonable price.
