I’m on O2 and need it 100% of the time. After a short period of time, we experienced a power outage. Recent purchase and so far so good. It seems to be well built and easy to assemble. Followed setup instructions and it started up and ran on first attempt. Noise level is typical for generator of this type. Has lots of great features including push and remote start, large fuel capacity and the mulit-fuel option is an excellent feature.

I just received this today and the generator showed up in excellent shape. It seems to be very well made and was easy to get the wheels and feet on by myself. I like that the handle folds down so that it doesn't really take up a lot of space in the garage. I will get the unit broke in and if the review rating needs updating I will update it.

Just bought this Duel Fuel generator for a race trailer that has a generator compartment had to do just a little bit of changes to the slide out in the compartment and marked the setup for mounting and within an hour generator was running on propane as I really don't want to run off of gas so this was a plus for setup.

I am excited about using this generator that is tri-fuel. The easy-to-use manual and the different functions to use the generator is the reason why we wanted to get this particular model. The carbon monoxide detector is also an extra feature that will be very useful.

I bought this as an upgrade to my Wgen9500c, which is also a great generator. I wanted something with a better THD. According to the Westinghouse website, the THD for the 11500 watt unit is </= 5%. I didn't have equipment to verify the percentage, but when my AC unit and well pump start the generator doesn't surge like the 9500 watt unit. It also powers lights, refrigerators and other 120V items as well as stove, cooktop, water heaters and microwave with selective usage. I have only had this a short time, but my last Westinghouse unit was great. I feel confident that this unit will be great as well.

Generator arrived in excellent condition. All the features you need in a generator, ELECTRIC start, key fob, battery included and wheels. Collapsible handle already assembled. Even though a large generator, it is well balanced and easy to move around with the wheels and handle. Generator will also go through a 30 inch door with no problem 10,500 W running generator has plenty of power for my 5 ton air-conditioning and a few other items, you can’t go wrong with this purchase

The WGen10500TFc (TriFuel) easily powered our refrigerator, freezer, central air, TV, lights (All wattage LEDs) and other small electrical items on natiral gas feed. Toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, washer etc. were used individually so as to not over load the generator. Ran for hours through an Inlet box. Smooth as silk!
