Had a different brand dual fuel. Wanted to take advantage of a natural gas connection I have. Researched and Westinghouse came out on top. Very pleased with the forethought regarding a tool kit, funnel for filling with oil as I had to but these separately previously. Only need it about every 4 years here on the Gulf Coast but I suspect it will serve us well.

Our electrician installs generators often here in the Houston area and had, until yesterday, recommended a competitor. He’s switching to recommend this one - he said it’s the best he’s seen for home use and capable of powering our whole house (and at a fair cost).

Assembly was simple. Swapped stock spark plug for an approved replacement immediately as I read issues with the included spark plug. Started first try on propane. The included natural gas hose (1/2") is nice but I don't think it's sufficient for the length of the hose due to pressure drop. I will likely get something bigger to supply adequate natural gas to the unit.

Seems to hit the sweet spot for price and power output. The multiple fuel options are great for intermittent use because I can keep a propane tank on standby and only get gasoline for longer outages. One issue - the directions for the "initial fill" for the oil neglected to mention NOT to use synthetic oil until after the "break in" period. Three pages later it does mention that, but it would make far more sense to have the oil restrictions for initial break in period...in the place that talks about the initial oil fill. Instead, I put the synthetic in and had to immediately drain and refill. It was a pain... I will need the synthetic oil because of the extreme temps I have here, but I'll use the supplied oil for now. TL:DR - no issues at all with the product (or price) but the operations manual could use some edits.

If you are looking for a small and powerful generator that delivers reliable performance, the Westinghouse is a top tier choice. This compact unit packs a serious punch, offering an impressive wattage output while remaining light weight and portable.

Finally a portable generator that will run my entire house. Lights, central ac, water well, hot water heater, internet, tv, and a few lights all going at once with no flicker. Cant ask for much more for the price. No pulling to your arm falls off. Just push the button or the key fob and bamm! Highly recommend. Just got it so hopefully it lasts...

I bought this generator mainly for home use in case of power outages. We were out of power twice for a week each time the last time some big storms came through our area. I have only test used it so far and it worked great. The unit is large and heavy, but set up was still fairly easy. I hope to not have to need it any time soon, but also very happy with my purchase and I am glad to have it.

I bought this due to hurricane helene. After much research, I settled on this. It arrived on time and starting working flawlessly! It was extremely easy to hook up to my natural gas line. Very happy with this purchase and the future peace it’ll bring for power outages.

Happy we bought as we lose power normally a few times in the winter. Our winter has been mild so we have not had to utilize this as of yet. Easy to put together, Instructions are great for running the machine. Had it running and tested it out. Thus far good.
