Just received after ordering. Ordering was smooth and easy and was shipped quickly after it was backordered. Easy to put together and fired up on first try. I got the break-in period finished. This generator powered everything that I was hoping to on my house. So far it has been a great product.

I bought this to power our residence in an emergency and while one hasn't occurred yet, the tri fuel is ready to go. Transfer switch is getting installed and I need to create a secure place to store the generator when in use. The remote start looks really handy during inclement weather. So far i'm very happy!

I bought this generator for when we lose electrical power during storms, heat waves and downed power polls. It was one of the largest tri-fuel units that I could find because I want to use natural gas. Delivered promptly and was easy to set up. Haven’t had a chance to use it since haven’t lost power yet.

This is the second W-House generator that I purchased. I sold the old generator with my old house and purchased a new one when I moved. I loved the reliability of my old duel fuel one and am excited that this one is Tri-Fuel adding a natural gas option. The remote start option sounds trivial but once the generator is set up, pointing and clicking from inside the house to start up the generator is a great feature especially in a major storm!

It's hard to put a price on the peace of mind that comes with having this generator. After having a transfer switch installed on our house, I'll be able to rely on this generator for anything the Texas power grid has in store for us. Initial setup was a breeze and the generator runs great without any fiddling or configuration. I would definitely recommend.

This is for my hurricane prep. There is a 5hour break in period - which is a bit extreme. Make sure you have two people to set up, it is a beast and very heavy. Decent sound for an open frame - however I havent had it under load yet. All in All - could be 5 stars - but unaware of actual performance as of yet.

I just brought this generator home to use as emergency whole home power in case of an outage. Lots of features I like including using natural gas, low THD, 50 amp outlet, easy to move and start. Tools, oil, funnel, battery, and gas hoses were included.

I bought this generator because I need the electric start. The remote is an an extra plus. It was easy to assemble, started on the first try, so much easier than the pull start. We can wait for the next power outage. Hopefully it will be that easy to use when we really need it
