I like everything about this generator! I love the fact that it produces clean power and that is good news for my electronics, I trust the Westinghouse name, having the ability to uses gas, propane or natural gas gives me options. Westinghouse provides everything neede to start using the generator immediately except for the fuel. The cost is far more affordabl than a whole house stand by generator that may only be used a couple of times a year. Great value!

I purchased this generator just over a month ago. It's a very well made machine. Solid frame and very nice design. I had a transfer switch installed and it runs the entire house including a 3 ton central ac, gas furnace, electric water heater. I had it running for an hour to test it after the electrician installed all the necessary equipment to hook it up to the house and it runs great. I did the proper break in as instructed in the manual before I loaded it over the 50 percent threshold to try it out. The central AC unit runs great with no issues. I'm very happy with my purchase. Purchased this generator to keep our house powered during hurricanes and winter snaps here in Texas. Pros: easy to assemble and set up. Worked great during hurricane Beryl, which lasted over 7 days. Cons: Even with doing the included maintenance schedule, and making sure to run at least 30 minutes every month, the generator has stopped running on gasoline completely. Will start and run on propane, but not on gasoline. Overall, a nice generator that was able to power our house, but not reliable to count on in emergencies.

I'm happy I was able to receive this before a hurricane hit my area. It was easy to assemble the feet and wheels and add the necessary oil. I had planned to break it in this morning, but alas it decided to rain all day. So I will have to try in a few days. Everyone that mentions this generator says it works great and powers their entire home.

After long research, I have concluded that Wgen11500 TFc is the best fit in terms of size (I.e. 11,500 running watts), TDH (<5%) and fuel flexibility (tri-fuel) for whole house portable standby power solution that hooked up with 50 amp powe inlet box and breaker.

I bought this generator for emergency backup in case of power failure. I liked the multifuel capability, as well as the low THD rating, which is good if you have sensitive electronics. you also get electric start and remote start. For the price, this generator leads others in features. I only have a few hours on the unit but so far, it does what I need it to do.

I bought this for hurricane season. Especially like the tri-fuel capability. I have natural gas, so no standing in line for gasoline after a storm. The power output will power my whole home. Attaching wheels and feet were simple with included wrenches.

I live in the mountains of Colorado. This generator runs clean and smooth. You do have to pick up the high altitude carburetor kit otherwise you 10,500 watt generator will be more like 6500 watts. I use all 3 fuels and it works great. Make sure you keep gasoline on hand, it starts a LOT easier with it. Not sure if it's an altitude thing, but he's a little stubborn starting with natural gas or propane. Start it with gas then switch to either natural gas or propane once it's warmed up. Starts right up with gas though. No problems there.

bought this westinghouse tri fuel generator after hurricane beryl hit us in houston tx.after being without power for 3 days,l got it all set up to be used for natural gas and 50 amp inlet box..hope i wont need it any time soon but rest assured ill be ready for any category hurricane that come to Houston..

This is a perfect backup generator if you do not have natural gas in your area. I bought it for the frequent power outages. We have due to weather. 11,500 W is more than enough to run my whole house with the exception of my hot water heater. I was able to hook up ahit face with my circuit panel and use an interlock for safety. Hit face with my circuit panel and use an interlock for safety. The unit has many nice features, Assembly only took a few minutes. Added the engine oil and fuel, and it fired right up.
