I bought this mattress for my husband's birthday last month and it was. He likes a firmer mattress, so the fact that it is both a firm mattress but a soft top that he can kind of sink a little bit into, while still supporting his back, was just right for him.

My husband could not be more pleased with this mattress set. Firm with a slight cushion, no more lower back pain. We were also thrilled that this set does not sit so high on our bed frame and sheets will also fit better. Order and delivery were great and they also took away our old mattress and box spring. No smell what so ever.

I bought a Serta mattress set before and loved it. So I saw this pillow top firm mattress set at Sam's in person and had to have it. Now..the bed frame I have are the height adjusted ones lets just say it's a climb lol. The Serta firm pillow top mattress set is the PERFECT SLEEPER. The delivery guys from XPO was amazing they not only brought my new bed set they took out the old one to discard it for free, Awesome!!! No more aches and pains just perfect sleeping. Thanks Serta!!!

My husband and I have been sleeping on our new mattress for three weeks. It is firm and comfortable. I don't wake up sore like I did with our old mattress and I don't wake up when my husband gets in and out of bed. Delivery was quick and friendly. A great buy for the price. I hope it holds up over time.

So far so good - we have only used it four nights so far! The mattress is much "softer: than we expected a firm mattress to be, so we were doubtful at first. However, I must say we have been sleeping well and wake up without any aches or pains. The pillowtop conforms to your body and seems to fluff back up - we are anxious to see how it holds up long term. It is not what we were expecting (we thought it would be "firmer"), but perhaps it is actually what we need!

Just had this mattress couple weeks and have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but it is lumpy and the edges are not firm and supportive. My 22 yr old mattress that this replaced was better then this new mattress. Thought we could adjust to it but it has to be returned.....

This is absolutely the hardest slab of concrete I've ever slept on. I can't even return it because sams makes me call Serra & you can't ever get ahold of someone at Serra. I did their online chat support & still no help. I do not recommend this mattress or buying online unless you're positive you will love the mattress. I had to buy a pillow top mattress topper to give myself relief from this mattress.

This bed is advertised as ‘Firm'. After 3 weeks, the bed is anything but firm. The edges are soft, the bed sucks you in, and although the bed is evenly supporting, the bed is NOT firm and the bed has no edge support. After laying in one position for a awhile, I feel my self pulling out of a hole. If I could return it, I would. If you are accustomed to a firm or extra firm bed, this is not what you want.

The sticking in both of the mattresses I ordered was puckered, overlapped, tented all around the queen mattress! It is horrible! The full mattress was not as bad, but YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL THESE IN THE STORE! NO ONE WOULD BIY WHAT YOU SENT US.! We are completely dissatisfied and disgusted I. The stitching in each and every circle is OFF, and UNEVEN! This product and its quality!

I'm very disappointed in this Serta mattress. I've owned many Serta mattresses, and this one by far is my least favorite. It's too firm and the pillow top wasn't as high as it looks in the pictures. The cooling aspect of the bed design doesn't really work either. I've owned it for 2 weeks now and can't say I've had a decent night's rest. I originally ordered the mattress in August, and it didn't arrive until the 1st of October.
