I bought this a month ago and it is so comfortable!! The price is great for such a well made mattress. Best mattress i ever bought! It is firm but not hard like some mattresses. Love it!!

i love the comfy-firmness of this mattress. I have back pain and need the extra support. This mattress has significantly reduced my back pain while sleeping. Great price!

Replaced our fabulous pillow top Serra mattressess that we bought at Sams Club 12 years ago with these Serta mattress purchased online from Sams. Really wish we had just went to Sams and bought in store! The online ad was so convincing! We thought we had just gotten a deal! They were like half price! We paid just over $1500.00 for 2 sets of these and it said the normal price was in the 1200.00 per set range I believe. These were supposed to be better than what we were replacing. They weren't. Quality is gone compared to our old Serta mattresses. Cheaply made. Look at the photos I'm attaching. I've used Serta my whole life. So disappointed! They advertised “white glove” treatment. That they would take away our old mattresses and set up our new ones. Didn't happen. 2 really sweaty guys put them in our garage and left. One of them had a puncture hole in it. Cheap material! These are not as comfortable as our old Serta mattresses which we only paid 500.00 a set for at Sams. The delivery company needs to do a better job also. I'll be contacting Sams and Serta as soon as I can. Tried to ad the photos. It won't let me. Says “an error occurred”

I just got it put up yesterday....its firm I rested good last night...didnt wake up stiff like the other mattress I had...

I bought a queen set Serta and my wife is the only one sleeping on it and it sinks in the middle not real happy with the product going to return it

I am happy with the King Mattress. The price was great, mattress great, and the delivery people were fantastic!!!

This mattress set presents well with convenient side handles for easy handling and mostly it is comfortable.Excellent value for this price.

The delivery and set-up of this bed was top-notch. This bed is not firm like it claims. I've been waking up with back pain since the day I bought it.
