I am happy with the King Mattress. The price was great, mattress great, and the delivery people were fantastic!!!

I am a side sleeper with constant low back pain and have been waking up every morning pain free. Its not too soft, its not too firm. Very nice mattress set. Delivery was painless and fast.

I purchased this mattress set for my spare bedroom so have not slept on it. I've had one guest so far that has said it is very comfortable. So far I'm very pleased.

Wonderfully comfortable mattress. This mattress has just the right amount of softness on the top and the perfect firmness deeper in the mattress to provide an excellent night's sleep without waking up in pain! Highly recommend.

Excellent mattress for an affordable price. Bedding shouldn't be priced like a heirloom but I can see me enjoying this one for years. I prefer a firm mattress and this one is that but not too firm.

Other shoppers complained about this being a firm mattress. It's the softest mattress I've ever slept on, on a regular basis. We'd be tempted to return it, but it's not worth the hassle right now after the 6 month wait on delivery. It's an adequate mattress and I feel okay waking up on it, but it's not what we were looking for.

I have had this mattress a little over a month. I weight 175 pounds. It is supposed to firm, but it is not. Also, I feel it already shows permanent depressions from where I sleep, so I have been moving around from side to side on the bed, but it doesn't seem to help. I am disappointed that the bed is not firm, and that it is already showing depression wear, which I don't believe it should be in such a short period of time with one person sleeping in it. I am going to investigate to see if I can return it.

The Serta is a solid mattress, and so far no back problems. I put a three inch memory foam on top and it now is a super dream sleeper. The pedestal ordered with the mattress came in two different sizes and could not be used, a mistake at the warehouse the delivery men noted.

We just received our mattress and box spring yesterday. We were given a window of 2 pm - 4 pm and the delivery came at 3 pm which was great. The whole process was very professional and quick. Took our old mattress and box spring away. The men were on a mission to get the job done, but also polite in the process which was amazing considering it was 90 degrees out. Done within 15 minutes if not less. Very pleased. Slept well last night.

Very happy with the mattress we purchased. Delivery was a big hassle however. Very poor communication. We told the contact person we needed 2 people to deliver the mattress, but only one showed up. My husband was only 6-1/2 weeks post hip replacement surgery and had to help get the new mattress and box springs up and over the railing to the 2nd floor, plus help get the old set down.
