This thing sleeps very hot. If you sleep hot naturally maybe find something else. This mattress doesn't come with a headboard as seen in the pictures. The delivery people were nice. Msrp $1,200 according to Sam's website. I got it on “tech savings” sale online for $700 plus tax. Will it hold up like a $1,000 mattress? I don't know but I'm hoping because I'm a side sleeper and weigh over 200 lbs. It did arrive two weeks earlier than expected.

The Serta is a solid mattress, and so far no back problems. I put a three inch memory foam on top and it now is a super dream sleeper. The pedestal ordered with the mattress came in two different sizes and could not be used, a mistake at the warehouse the delivery men noted.

The mattress seems to be well made. The box springs are very low quality but hopefully that will not be an issue. This is not a firm mattress by any means. The pillow top is soft. I have not decided whether I like it or not. I prefer a firm mattress. Sometimes I wake up and I feel like I'm in a hole. I have to dig myself out just to get up.

I ordered the Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop Queen mattress and box spring set online expecting the bed to be comfortable based upon my experience with Serta products in the past. The bed is firm with a cushioning pillowtop. Unlike our old mattress that was purchased over ten years ago and had body indentations due to breakdown of materials, this new mattress top is level and does not have any indication of body indentations when unoccupied. Both my husband and I are comfortable on the bed. Also, when one of us moves, the mattress is stable and the other person isn't made to move about. I recommend this mattress set to anyone seeking firm comfort without experiencing painful pressure points throughout sleep times and upon arising.

Delivery and set up great. I was kept informed as to the status of my order and delivery day and time. Old mattress was removed so I did not have to worry about disposal. The bed is excellent and as advertised. The price was excellent as I have been shopping around for some time. Thanks for the email offering this special.

We nabbed this great well made mattress that is super comfortable and it is helping to heal a sore back. Inner individually wrapped springs and layers of different types of foam give amazing support for a 1/4 of what other similar mattresses cost. Thank you Sam's Club for coming through again. The delivery was great and it didn't come rolled up in a box. It was ready to go right away... no rubber smell, just pure comfort that gets better every night.

Nice and firm mattress no more back aches in the morning but I am a bit concerned that the pillow top portion appears to be getting worn in/indented already from where I sleep. I have never had a pillow top before so maybe they all appear that way but I have only had this mattress for 2 weeks. Hope it holds up.

It is without a doubt extremely comfortable but I have some concerns about the "Pillowtop". It is extremely comfortable but I doubt that it is a "firm" Pillowtop as I ordered and I'm having some concerns that it will hold its shape for as long as a mattress should hold up. It is already exhibiting signs of highs and lows and "bumps".

Bought this almost a month ago and very, very happy with it! We had a mattress that still looked new but could tell it was time to replace. Purchased on line, sight unseen, and was so happy it turned out to be of great quality, and so comfortable. I've named it "Bertha" and tell my husband that he can't seem to stay away from Bertha. Both myself and my husband truly enjoy this mattress (Bertha):)))

We moved from one state to another and purchased the set from Sam's after arriving at our new home. It was ordered on line, made to order, delivered, set up with loving care and the other mattress and springs gladly moved to another room by friendly, courteous individuals. Awesome experience from beginning to comfort at night!
