Very happy with the mattress we purchased. Delivery was a big hassle however. Very poor communication. We told the contact person we needed 2 people to deliver the mattress, but only one showed up. My husband was only 6-1/2 weeks post hip replacement surgery and had to help get the new mattress and box springs up and over the railing to the 2nd floor, plus help get the old set down.

I have enjoyed this mattresses for a month and have enjoyed every night. I was a little hesitant with buying a mattress without trying it out, but this mattress removed all doubts. The trucking company stayed in constant contact via email and they actual delivery guys were very polite and called with updates on the actual delivery day. Bonus is that the set arrived over two weeks earlier! No disappointments from me with the overall experience.

I have 3 children and they each had their own room, but I would check on them at night and find my two sons sleeping on their floors. When I ask them why they're sleeping on the floor and not the bed, they said their mattresses were uncomfortable. Now that they all have new mattresses, no more sleeping on the floor. They love their new mattresses. They are very high though, since they are pillow tops, you'll need deep pocket sheets.

The Serta is a solid mattress, and so far no back problems. I put a three inch memory foam on top and it now is a super dream sleeper. The pedestal ordered with the mattress came in two different sizes and could not be used, a mistake at the warehouse the delivery men noted.

Purchased this bed online so it would be delivered to our home after checking it out in the store . We have been sleeping on it for a week. Love the bed so far. Very comfortable. We replaced a 15 year old Tempurpedic and we liked the support offered in the hybrid models. We looked at going Tempurpedic again but with the hybrid instead, but pricing has gone through the roof on them! And Sams Club does have awesome pricing on beds. The bed arrived at the shippers warehouse 2 weeks after the purchase, but beware if you live in a rural area. The shipper took 2 weeks to deliver it to us. Don't expect a quick delivery if you don't live in or around a big city.

We nabbed this great well made mattress that is super comfortable and it is helping to heal a sore back. Inner individually wrapped springs and layers of different types of foam give amazing support for a 1/4 of what other similar mattresses cost. Thank you Sam's Club for coming through again. The delivery was great and it didn't come rolled up in a box. It was ready to go right away... no rubber smell, just pure comfort that gets better every night.

Bought this almost a month ago and very, very happy with it! We had a mattress that still looked new but could tell it was time to replace. Purchased on line, sight unseen, and was so happy it turned out to be of great quality, and so comfortable. I've named it "Bertha" and tell my husband that he can't seem to stay away from Bertha. Both myself and my husband truly enjoy this mattress (Bertha):)))

The mattress seems to be well made. The box springs are very low quality but hopefully that will not be an issue. This is not a firm mattress by any means. The pillow top is soft. I have not decided whether I like it or not. I prefer a firm mattress. Sometimes I wake up and I feel like I'm in a hole. I have to dig myself out just to get up.

It is without a doubt extremely comfortable but I have some concerns about the "Pillowtop". It is extremely comfortable but I doubt that it is a "firm" Pillowtop as I ordered and I'm having some concerns that it will hold its shape for as long as a mattress should hold up. It is already exhibiting signs of highs and lows and "bumps".

Nice and firm mattress no more back aches in the morning but I am a bit concerned that the pillow top portion appears to be getting worn in/indented already from where I sleep. I have never had a pillow top before so maybe they all appear that way but I have only had this mattress for 2 weeks. Hope it holds up.
