I thought these mattress was going to be firm but they feel more like a Plush mattress I am so dissatisfied with this item I feel like it's money wasted. I learned my lesson I would never shop for Mattress Online again very dissatisfied

This is the second Serta Perfect Sleeper I have bought. I purchased firm the 1st time & I purchased firm the second time & I don't think it's a firm mattress. I think they mixed it up!

I've had this mattress for less than a month. Somewhat firm on one side, mushy on other side. Go figure. Only one person uses this bed so, at least there's an option. Just learned that I can return it to Sam's Club

This mattress is terrible. This is my second time purchasing a Serta, the first one I had to return. I've had the mattress for all of 3 weeks and it already starting to dent and sag. Would not recommend

Ordering was very easy, and we were emailed with every detail olong the way. White glove delivery was amazing, the gentlemen making the delivery were extremely respectful, courteous and friendly.

Shipping took 3 weeks. The mattress was Destroyed after 2 weeks used. I am a 5”2 and 120lbs , not heavy enough for the mattress to sink just 2 weeks old. Do not recommend.

Mattress is nice but I was disappointed to find it was about one and a half inches narrower than the standard full-size bed frame so that it is not sitting on the edge of the frame, but fully on the bed slats only.

Not what was displayed in store and no label stating soft , medium , firm like in store . Despite confirming on line it was firm ! It is way too soft !

I was very disappointed, “Cushion “ is primary description Not Firm. This mattress was much too soft with no support at all- felt like I was sinking into a hole.

We bought two Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop full size matresses in the bedrooms of our teenagers and one queen size mattress for us over a month ago . There are no complaints yet. Comfortable!
