After pricing mattresses, we found this at a great price. Ordering on line provided us with free shipping and their ‘white glove' service. This included removing the old mattress and installing the new one. The mattress is proving to comfortable and we adjusted to it rapidly.

I'm very disappointed in this Serta mattress. I've owned many Serta mattresses, and this one by far is my least favorite. It's too firm and the pillow top wasn't as high as it looks in the pictures. The cooling aspect of the bed design doesn't really work either. I've owned it for 2 weeks now and can't say I've had a decent night's rest. I originally ordered the mattress in August, and it didn't arrive until the 1st of October.

I sleep so well now and I don't wake up feeling sore or tired. I don't feel my partner get out of bed, love the firmness. Top quality and the delivery service was fast, professional and friendly. I purchased 1 for my mom and 1 for myself. Worth every penny!

The sticking in both of the mattresses I ordered was puckered, overlapped, tented all around the queen mattress! It is horrible! The full mattress was not as bad, but YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL THESE IN THE STORE! NO ONE WOULD BIY WHAT YOU SENT US.! We are completely dissatisfied and disgusted I. The stitching in each and every circle is OFF, and UNEVEN! This product and its quality!

I bought a Serta mattress set before and loved it. So I saw this pillow top firm mattress set at Sam's in person and had to have it. Now..the bed frame I have are the height adjusted ones lets just say it's a climb lol. The Serta firm pillow top mattress set is the PERFECT SLEEPER. The delivery guys from XPO was amazing they not only brought my new bed set they took out the old one to discard it for free, Awesome!!! No more aches and pains just perfect sleeping. Shipping took 3 weeks. The mattress was Destroyed after 2 weeks used. I am a 5”2 and 120lbs , not heavy enough for the mattress to sink just 2 weeks old. Do not recommend.

I was very disappointed, “Cushion “ is primary description Not Firm. This mattress was much too soft with no support at all- felt like I was sinking into a hole.

I bought this a month ago and it is so comfortable!! The price is great for such a well made mattress. Best mattress i ever bought! It is firm but not hard like some mattresses. Love it!!

Delivery and set up was free. He was super pleased at first but is now saying it already seems to be sagging on the side he normally sleeps on. When I go to visit in a few weeks will check on it and may head to the local Sams club to discuss this.

Mattress set was busted once RECEIVED. You have to go through to many parties, just to get an answer. Response is even longer but the money is theirs and consquences are yours.
