We purchased this bed on a whim a couple weeks ago and it's been the best decision we ever made. My husband has had terrible back pain for years but he hasn't complained of pain in weeks! It's a firm mattress so if that's not your thing, this is not the bed for you.

This bed is advertised as ‘Firm'. After 3 weeks, the bed is anything but firm. The edges are soft, the bed sucks you in, and although the bed is evenly supporting, the bed is NOT firm and the bed has no edge support. After laying in one position for a awhile, I feel my self pulling out of a hole. If I could return it, I would. If you are accustomed to a firm or extra firm bed, this is not what you want.

My husband and I have been sleeping on our new mattress for three weeks. It is firm and comfortable. I don't wake up sore like I did with our old mattress and I don't wake up when my husband gets in and out of bed. Delivery was quick and friendly. A great buy for the price. I hope it holds up over time.

I bought this mattress for my husband's birthday last month and it was. He likes a firmer mattress, so the fact that it is both a firm mattress but a soft top that he can kind of sink a little bit into, while still supporting his back, was just right for him.

I reluctantly replaced my old Serta mattress with this pillow top mattress a week ago. I don't particularly like soft mattresses, but I was pleasantly surprised with combination of softness and firmness of this one. This Serta mattress is very comfortable. So far, I am pleased with my purchase.

Shipping took 3 weeks. The mattress was Destroyed after 2 weeks used. I am a 5”2 and 120lbs , not heavy enough for the mattress to sink just 2 weeks old. Do not recommend.

Delivery and set up was free. He was super pleased at first but is now saying it already seems to be sagging on the side he normally sleeps on. When I go to visit in a few weeks will check on it and may head to the local Sams club to discuss this.

Mattress set was busted once RECEIVED. You have to go through to many parties, just to get an answer. Response is even longer but the money is theirs and consquences are yours.

I have had this set for a few weeks now and I can't say I love it. I really thought I would adjust better to it, but haven't yet. I do like it though it is a bit too firm for me.

The Mattress set is firm and very comfortable. Get a great sleep! We put it on a wooden bed frame with low height box spring and it is still a little high!
