My husband likes the "steam fresh" setting to freshen up hoodies that have been in a drawer for awhile also great for getting out wrinkles! No more ironing but who irons anymore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace my old competitor front-load that I had for 13 years. So far, so good. It much more quieter. I like the "Sensing" feature that starts before the wash to, my best guess, sense how much laundry is in the tub, to adjust wash time. However, setting up the wi-fi to the app took a little time to figure out. Had to watch the YouTube video on how to connect the feature. Once it's connect, it a awesome because it'll alert you when it's finished since it so quiet. It won't let you forget that you did a load of laundry. It also sends a monthly status report through the app. The only thing I wish it had was a light in the tub.

Stairs...What stairs!!!!! No more lugging laundry tubs up and down stairs! This LG FULL SIZE WASHER ON BOTTOM...DRYER ON TOP HAS BEEN A GODSEND!!! THANKS LG!!!

Mine was installed as a stackable unit. I absolutely LOVE the way it washes and dry's my clothes. I'm very tech oriented, so the APP functionality is right up my alley. I totally recommend this product.

First brand new dryer I received didn’t work. Had it replaced with a brand new machine which also didn’t work. Called LG again for help and was told that this is a “known issue.” Their “fix” didn’t work so we returned our washer AND dryer and purchased a different brand. It was a huge hassle and I won’t buy LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG Washer / Dryer pair. The washer is reviewed separately. I had no idea that steam was a feature that was available. Anyway, I like technology so I bought a dryer with steam capability and I love it. You can freshen up sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, or anything. Also, like the washer, there are many individual dry cycles that can be down loaded using the Thin Q app. Of course there are all the standard cycles available on the front panel; this is an additional group of dry cycles that can be downloaded (one at a time) and used such as: Rainy Day Wet Cloths, Gym Cloths, Socks, Super Dry, Ultra Delicate, and more. All you have to do is ask yourself "What am I drying?".... There is a cycle for that. I have also noticed that the dryer is much more gentle than previous (dumb) dryers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new washer and dryer when we moved to Texas. Had an LG in previous state. Never a problem, so bought the newer LG here. Great product. So quiet. I also appreciate two new features. It detects when clothes are dry, so if the clothes dry before the time set, it stops. The second feature is, that at the end of the cycle, it plays a pleasant little music instead of annoying buzzer noise. Most of all, I have learned LG washers and dryers are top quality.

We got this dryer to match the washer. Nothing but great things from everything we saw and read. We got it home, have used it for a few month, and have all new connections and hookups. The only cycle the works correctly is the timed cycle. Even after following all the directions we could find and reaching out to LG support, the sensor drying leaves clothes damp, regardless of the cycle. New ducting and nothing blocking. Clean sensor. I can't recommend this dryer. LG says that the dryer,
