What I like is the silent function compared to the previous generation of washer and dryer I used. To me, the smart functionality is halfbaked i.e. you get notifications but there is no useful feature yet that I would pay.

I'm mostly happy with this product. because I'm blind, I love that I can use the app to help me select the cycle I need. However, I wish the Remote Start button was as easy to find on the dryer as it is on the washer. Also, a couple of the dryer's features aren't working properly. The normal cycle doesn't run rthe length of time indicated by the app, and when it's through it makes a sound that sounds like an error signal, although the app doesn't indicate any problems. Also, the timed dry feature isn't working right either. The dryer just runs for a short while, no matter how much time it's actually set to run. and the timed dry is impossible to set up in the app, which is the way I need to do it.

We got this dryer to match the washer. Nothing but great things from everything we saw and read. We got it home, have used it for a few month, and have all new connections and hookups. The only cycle the works correctly is the timed cycle.
