[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have had the dryer for about a month I have been unable to use it until late this week. The first issue was an installation issue regarding the plug. The second electrical issue related to the fact that the dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker. We resolved this by having an electrician replace the circuit breakers. This dryer is extremely efficient but requires more amperage. It was an extremely frustrating experience but was not the fault of the dryer. I love the features and the fact that clothes dry quickly. I would advise purchasers to check with an electrician if they experience similar problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our laundry set after ours wasn’t getting the job done well and so glad we made the purchase! So many features and it so quiet, plenty of space to dry and our clothes smell great. I hate to say it but I now enjoy doing laundry!

Love the dryer so far and all of the features. The only thing I wish was that I had a better understanding of when to use each of the many cycle options, especially with the amount of options that can be downloaded to the dryer. Sometimes it feels a little overwhelming.

Love technology that assists with cleaning cycles and maintenance. Quiet cycles and top of the line! If you can afford, get pedestals!! These machines are so good-looking, I almost want to remove my custom cabinets to view them! LOL

Year old. Works very well when you don't push the wrong buttons. Somehow we engaged the child lock. There is no child lock button. After hours thinking the error code was clean filter we called help line. Had to press and hold a button to clear. Lots of wasted time when a complete owners manual is not provided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a couple of months ago and after a month use started noticing the heavy noise, requested for a tech visit and he confirmed that the motor has some problem and needs to be replaced. Cannot use the dryer until the motor is replaced. Not sure about the ETA.

Lasted 20 mins before the control panel buttons stopped responding. Then they started working, then stopped again. Turns out the power connectors for the control panel weren't connected in properly at the factory. Once fixed by repairman, the control panel's so far been fine. But, my trust in LG products has been lost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally ordered this item on July 26, 2023. After having received a multitude of damaged pieces, we finally returned all of our order. This included a washer, dryer and two pedestals. We had a dented washer and five pedestals. We are not happy, but we just placed a new order today for the same items, but in graphite black instead of the white that we originally ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this dryer a month ago (Feb 24) being excited to have a new dryer (not 20+ years old) with so many new features. With a new dryer comes new sounds/smells. Well on May 8th the dryer blew up due to improper installation. Currently I have been without a replacement or a date to when I will receive a replacement. This has given me a very poor experience as I haven’t been able to test all the new features this dryer offers. This cause my entire house to lose power by tripping the main 200amp breaker and almost setting the wall on fire. If it can’t be installed correctly can’t say I recommend the product.

This dryer after the very first load, threw off error codes and the clothes did not dry properly. I would not recommend this dryer, in fact we had it returned, and they sent us a new replacement dryer. The new dryer was even worse as it would not start at all. All the lights came on but the dryer would not work at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MODEL ESPECIALLY AFTER 2 DRYERS WERE BAD.
