It keeps saying there’s an obstruction in the vent - but now I’ll be on my 4th technician to come out this afternoon and it’s still not working drying my clothes. I really wish I would have gone for a cheaper less sensitive model. This has been nothing but an expensive headache and I still don’t have dry clothes. Washer seems to be working fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally speaking, a dryer is a dryer is a dryer. This dryer was a top scorer with Consumer Reports. Admittedly, it has stuff these two old(er) people will never use, like running it with our cell phones. We wouldn't have ordered steam either, but it came with it. My wife keeps meaning to try that out. BUT, it does a great job of drying our stuff. What more can you ask. And, we got a bargain on the drawer/pedestal to match the one under the washer we bought last year. So my wife doesn't have to bend over so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dryers are amazing! Large capacity! I have a family of 5 so i need lots of room! This washer has just that. It has turbo steam which penetrates deep into your fabrics. It has built-in-intelligence... which just means i have yet another thing in my house that is smarter than me.. HA. This dries my clothes pretty fast and the look is stunning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a hard time drying a fleece king size blanket, I had to end up putting it on manual. The sensor kept saying it was dry but it was not. Also with the Wi-Fi app it would be nice to have a feature that could turn the dryer on from the app to fluff up the clothes.

After reading the instructions, it was refreshing to know that the app assists users with the product. My favorite tool is the notification on the app that lets you know when your drying session has completed as well as letting you know that the vent needs to be cleaned.

I wish it had the dryer rack i it’s supposed to come with also wish it had instructions on how to use the machine I would’ve never bought it my wife did Also there’s no place to put in why are you pick the machine you have to pick what they want you to pick that’s not a way to review a machine

It is very quiet and we haven't experience any vibration even when fully loaded. Large capacity is a big improvement over our old (15 yr. old) dryer

Love my LG washer and dryer! I initially owned an LG washer and dryer and enjoyed it for 18 years. When my old washer quit working I went to purchase and bought another brand,I soon realized it was not the quality of my LG and took it back and purchased another LG set. The quality of LG is the best. I absolutely love my new LG set

We love that it has WiFi and notifies us on our phone when it has completed drying so you can get the clothes out right away. This is a perfect size for large towels and other large loads as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not familiar with “steam drying” concept, but it seemed to make sense. Many clothes irons contain a “steam” option. This dryer incorporates steam into the drying cycle to give clothing a lift while hot air performs its function. The concept works. Clothes are measly wrinkle-free at the completion of all cycles that incorporate steam into the drying chamber. I like this dryer so much I’m investigating purchase of a front loading washer as a companion. The dryer itself has a completely flat surface top for folding clothes. It is quiet. My swapped out dryer was loud and sometimes ineffective at tumbling and drying clothes. I therefore rate this dryer “FIVE STARS” and am happy to so recognize its performance. I think the engineers at LG were “on the ball.” Buy this product with confidence.
