[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous LG washer was wonderful. My new LG is WONDERFUL. Features make it so easy to pick the perfect wash for fabric and/or dirt level. Most of my laundry can use cold water with desired results.

I had a LG washer and dryer since 2009. I was super upset that I couldn’t take my old ones with me when I moved. So to be able to have these new ones is incredible. LG’s are reliable and amazing. I love all the new features of this one, so much more than the ones I had before but they have never given me trouble. I will continue to be an LG customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has more features than any I've owned before. I don't know which one I love the most, but I'll name a few of my top favorites. First off it is much quieter than my older dryer so I don't have to worry about use when company is over. Second it does an excellent job of drying clothes using the sensor technology so I don't have to try to guess anymore which dryer length to use. And it will even tell you when it's done when you connect with the compatible app. What a blessing when you have a busy day and forget about the laundry. I also like that it has the ability to tell you when the vent and duct need to be cleaned for maximum efficiency. It holds a good amount of laundry so it's important to me that I keep up on stuff like that to save money by not having to use it for a longer period of time to dry clothes.

I have had this (and the paired washer) for a month, and I am loving it so far. So many cool features, like TurboSteam! I like that I have the ability to customize cycles to such a detailed level. This also looks great and gives my laundry area a much more refined feel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous wash machine, which was about 12 years old, just stopped working in the middle of a cycle. We did some research on Consumer Reports and decided we wanted to purchase an LG washer/dryer pair. At our local appliance store, we found the model we were most interested in and purchased it during a sale. So far, a great purchase.

This is my second LG dryer. My original one got damaged in the Texas Big Freeze, but it served me well for many, many years! The new one is a ThinQ and I love that it holds so many clothes. It has many drying options (12!) and runs so quietly you can hardly hear it. The musical notes on completion of each load is a nice touch, and the big drawer in the base provides lots of extra storage. It was a teriffic buy and the perfect complement for me LG washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice dryer with lots of features. My only issue is the wifi setup. The dryer does not support 5Ghz networks - only 2.4ghz. If you have a multiband router, you can make it work but it’s tricky and requires another device.
