I love the bedding, antibacterial, and steam sanitary cycle. I will want to try steam fresh for my wrinkled clothes . But I do press the wrinkle cate button which Is an important feature .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous LG washer was wonderful. My new LG is WONDERFUL. Features make it so easy to pick the perfect wash for fabric and/or dirt level. Most of my laundry can use cold water with desired results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not the person you wanted to review this product. I bought it on 4/17. It was delivered on 5/19 but it had the wrong pedestals (which I know was not your fault) they were ordered and came on 5/25. Your guys came out and installed it checked it and all was fine. I washed one load which was great but the second load did not finish the dry cycle and came up with the code d80. One of your guys came out and made sure it was installed correctly which it was. They ran the dryer check and all was fine. I tried to was another load and the same thing happened one load good and the next bad. I Had someone clean out the vent. Ran the check and all was well. The next load again came up with d80. I have washed 5 loads and got this code on 3 of them. I have finally gotten some one to come out on Tuesday so we shall see. The check cycle still says it is fine. So from 4/17 until 6/49 I have done my laundry at my daughters house. Sorry to give this type of review but I am frustrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works very well and is quiet. I took away a star because the control pad is not as easy to use as I would like. The wifi feature is "cool", but ultimately not necessary or a factor in buying this dryer, IMO.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG dryer. My first one lasted over 10 years with m no issues at all. So, I went back to LG this time around and couldn’t be happier. I love the AI feature that syncs the dryer to the washer to determine cycle settings. I also love the app; it reminds me when the dryer is done so my clothes don’t sit. I also feel like it’s much more accurate in how long to dry compared to my last dryer. Things dry much faster. Thanks LG! You have a loyal customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November of 2023 and had to wait over a month for it to arrive. It was damaged during installation. Had to wait over a week to get it replaced. This one smells horrible, as did the other one. Why does it stink? I have had two other front end loaders, both Samsungs, and they did not have this stench.

First brand new dryer I received didn’t work. Had it replaced with a brand new machine which also didn’t work. Called LG again for help and was told that this is a “known issue.” Their “fix” didn’t work so we returned our washer AND dryer and purchased a different brand. It was a huge hassle and I won’t buy LG again.

Bought this late last year and am glad we did. Extremely quiet. Steam feature is a big plus and works well. Dryer has many useful settings that allow you to easily tailor drying temperature, length of cycle, type load without complicated controls. The user interface is simple and intuitive with easy to read dials which is much appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our new dryer for about a month and we love it. It’s easy to use and the variety of cycles gives us plenty of options. We love the large capacity - we used to have to take large blankets and comforters to the laundromat because our previous dryer couldn’t handle them but the new LG dryer can easily handle larger loads. It’s also very quiet. And it looks sharp too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design is gorgeous, like the steam feature to refresh wrinkles, huge capacity is remarkable My previous LG dryer was more than 10 years old what else can you ask for. Notifications of end of cycle can benefit some people. Excellent quality
