I also never thought I would need an app for my washer and dryer but it is quite a great feature for those who quickly forget they are doing laundry.

I like that it connects to my phone and I can manage the controls without being in front of the washer. It's also very quiet compared to our previous washer. There are so many options to choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The second day I used my dryer it started making loud "banding" noise upon start up. It last approximately 10-15 minutes. It continues to this day and I've had it for five weeks. This is terrible for the price I paid!!!

Bought this late last year and am glad we did. Extremely quiet. Steam feature is a big plus and works well. Dryer has many useful settings that allow you to easily tailor drying temperature, length of cycle, type load without complicated controls. The user interface is simple and intuitive with easy to read dials which is much appreciated.

I really like that it has a number of different features and settings. I haven't used all of them yet. The ones that I have used have worked really well. However, I hope to try every feature and setting at least once. Even though I might not use them all, it's nice to know that I have those options.

Within the month of owning this unit we have done multiple loads of laundry with no faults at all! The machine is whisper quiet, respectfully, and it very user friendly!! Pair this with the washer and it takes the guess work out of setting the dryer time and setting! Along with ease of use, the LG app and the ThinQ technology allows us to be away from the unit and home and monitor the status of each load! I highly recommend this unit and it’s sister dryer unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer does a nice job I really like the steam features. It seems to help with the cleaning my clothes and bedding never smelled so good. I do wish I could make it so I don't have to turn on wrinkle shield every time.

I got the washer and dryer set about a week ago and so far so good. Dries as it should and I love that it connects to wifi so that I get notified on my phone when it's done drying. The pedestals are a must though! Makes moving clothes in and out much easier.

The one drawback I have found is that I wish the steam option on the dryer did a better job at getting the wrinkles out of clothes. Other than that, I am very happy with our purchase!
