Bought this late last year and am glad we did. Extremely quiet. Steam feature is a big plus and works well. Dryer has many useful settings that allow you to easily tailor drying temperature, length of cycle, type load without complicated controls. The user interface is simple and intuitive with easy to read dials which is much appreciated.

It takes much less time to dry than my old machine, and its easy to program. I don't have to worry about my delicates, and the heavy fabrics come out ready to fold and put away.

The only issue is that the instructions could be more detailed, as it is a bit difficult to know how to do certain clothes that don't fit what the instruction book says.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this based on consumer reports and dealer/repair reports. First one would not fire up gas. Check lines for gas, ran checks and got NO GAS code. Dealer was going to repair under warranty but I told them I paid for a new dryer not a refurbished one. Took some talking to get them to replace the unit with a new one but all is good. Still a pain to get connected to ThinQ but once it connects it is great.. Like to be told when cycle is done. So far no problems, and time will tell. Took off one star because had to go thru two units to get one that worked.

Had this for about 45 days and still getting to know all the features. Great capacity, and when paired with the ThinQ app is convenient to know when your items are done. As mentioned we are still getting to know all the features, but definitely quiet, and quick.

The first issue was an installation issue regarding the plug. The second electrical issue related to the fact that the dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker. We resolved this by having an electrician replace the circuit breakers. This dryer is extremely efficient but requires more amperage. It was an extremely frustrating experience but was not the fault of the dryer. I love the features and the fact that clothes dry quickly. I would advise purchasers to check with an electrician if they experience similar problems.

I found out everything is preset and for example you can only use cold water on certain settings. I would like to be able to adjust temperature, time etc for any setting I want.
