I got the washer and dryer set about a week ago and so far so good. Dries as it should and I love that it connects to wifi so that I get notified on my phone when it's done drying. The pedestals are a must though! Makes moving clothes in and out much easier.

Plenty of setting and I haven't explored all of them yet. Wi Fi is a nice feature for monitoring and there appear to be some special drying routine I can download to use on my machine. Very happy with the purchase!!

I had my last dryer for 34 years. It was good. This new dryer has so many features! I really like that it continues to tumble the clothes after drying so they won’t wrinkle. I also like the steam feature. It saved me from having to iron my table clothes at Christmas.

I looked it up and the dryer was telling me the exhaust vent was blocked! We cleaned out the vent and no more error message. It works like a dream, quiet and efficient. No wrinkles in our clothes and the steam feature is great!

Like the steam feature which reduces the amount of wrinkle on our clothes. The AI that measures the exact time it takes to dry a load of clothes. We really the the added feature that alerts us of the exhaust air flow being restricted. That’s a really nice safety feature. We look forward to many years of excellent performance!

It does a pretty good job, but based on how new the dryer is we'd expect the sensor function to work a little better. I'll start out by writing that most of the 'fancy' functions on this machine are sensor functions, i.e. they sense the dryness of the clothing. We have not done anything sophisticated, but have noticed that for every load done on the dryer setting, there are three or four pieces of clothing that come out damp. We've resorted to just using the time dry feature, adjusting the temp based on the materials, with great success. Additionally, the Wifi will not connect to my LG app at all. We purchased new washing machine (WM4000HWA) at the same time which we love and does all functions wonderfully.

From washing and drying heavy bedding, husbands golf clothes , delicates, even hats , clothing comes out clean and perfect . If you are looking for a great washer & dryer this is the gold standard. 5 stars LG

I really do love this washer and dryer.....however, there is one anomaly. The dryer works wonderfully, but makes a continuously rhythmic light clicking sound. The dryer drum is designed in such a way that the outside ridges of the drum "knock" lightly against part of the frame, or something like that. LG sent out an amazing LG expert. All is well, but the noise. We have to close a door we had not had to close with the old set.
