We got the new dryer and it has been so good, I don't have to guess if my clothes are actually dry or just damp dry. Drys even comforters in once cycle, love the steam clean feature, and i know this sounds silly, but love the cheery chimes to let you know load is done….. like the app the also lets me know when cycle is done…

This dryer has so many options to keep our clothes looking nice and wrinkle free. extremely large capacity for bed spreads and handles bed sheets for four bedrooms at a time. I would definately by this product again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a lemon, or a piece of junk. This dryer has been nothing but a source of aggravation ever since I purchased it. We keep on getting this flashing “gas” error. The dryer stops 25 to 30 minutes into its cycle with gas error flashing. It does not generate any heat, everything is still wet. We had a plumber check the gas line, everything is fine—our gas stove and gas water heater have no issues. An LG tech replaced the dryer’s gas valve—same issue. My mom suffers from dementia, laundry is a necessity in our house. To get this repaired, I have to pay a plumber to disconnect the gas line from the dryer, pay someone to bring it down from its platform, once the maintenance is done, pay for the reverse process. At this point, as soon as I have the money, I’ll get a new dryer , and hope to have better luck. My last dryer lasted over 15 years before the motor gave out. Buyer beware!!

A dryer is basically a dryer, but the best part about this one so far is the code for the vent pipe being restricted. Very good feature not only to ensure that my dryer is running efficiently, but also as a safety measure.

We did some research on Consumer Reports and decided we wanted to purchase an LG washer/dryer pair. At our local appliance store, we found the model we were most interested in and purchased it during a sale. So far, a great purchase.
