[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this Dyer about 2 months now and find it very uncomplicated. With many features to choose from you can select your drying time by type of garments and let the machine run. The sensors will shut down the dryer if the garments are dry before the cycle time elapses and the steam function helps cut down on static and wrinkles.

I'm happy with drying bedding and permanent press. The notifications to app and Amazon Alexa are nice. But I was disappointed that the only cycle that allowed setting the temperature to low was "delicate", which did not adequately dry heavier items labelled for "low heat" (hoodies, polo shirts, etc.), even when I set the dryness level to "Very Dry". I always end up having to run a second, manual timed cycle to finish drying.

It has lots of automatic cycles, but it's also easy to start a manual cycle for a specific temperature and duration. It hods a lot of laundry, and it does a good job getting everything dry. If you stick a big towel in with t shorts, the towel will not dry as fast, so it makes sense to sort things a bit, But we are very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it a short time, but I'm extremely impressed with the features and performance. Normal cycle dries nicely. Didn't think I'd be into the steam cycles, but decided to give them a try and YES!! Definitely useful and fun to use :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased our Dryer and so far so good. It is so quiet that we often forget it is running, we love that! What I would change is the lighting in the display because it is very difficult to read the print, the lighting appears next to your selection but if you can't see what you're selecting it actually defeats the purpose of any lighting.

I’ve had both the washer and dryer for several weeks, my first impression was what a great looking pair this was. Now that I used this for several weeks. I am so impressed with how efficient they are and how clean my clothes are getting. I should add, how happy I am that I get a rebate from my power company for buying such efficient equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this LG gas dryer and matched washer 3 weeks ago when our 15 year old Kenmore Elite dryer failed & parts were no longer available. Dryer works well after I mastered the learning curve & am pleased with the various options...adjustable heat, adjustable dryness levels, etc. Clothes come out dry & wrinkle free. Must say the directions that come with the dryer could be improved. The instructions for connecting the WiFi feature are NOT accurate & NOT doable. Will need to call LG direct to accomplish connecting the WiFi feature. Would not purchase if you have a need for the Wi Fi remote operation feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was suppose to get this delivered & installed in 2 weeks. It was a month before I got it delivered. Then I find out from a LG product support rep that the Delicates Sensor Dry setting is only for synthetic materials, lingerie. I cannot use Delicates (the only low heat sensor dry setting) for lightweight cotton tshirts or anything cotton. It will not dry cotton clothes according to LG. I owned a LG washer & dryer for over 10 years, but since that time LG product quality has gone down. After this experience, I learned that LG products are not worth the money anymore. I will no longer purchase LG products.

The dryer we are using less than a month therefore it is difficult to write detailed review. The dryer works quiet and so far we had no issues with that machine. To read info in the panel is little bit difficult if you do not have a stand under the dryer. Personally I'd prefer to have all labels in panel be written in more bright colors and the display was adjustable to change the angle for easy reading, but probably LG had some issues with that design.
