Love this grill! It takes a little getting use to as it is a flat top versus a grill rack, but it works great!! I love the value for the product -- the name brand version was the same price for only 3 burners, so I feel like we got a much better deal. Plus the name brand doesn't have a grill cover, which is included in this product. I would highly recommend this product!

I was skeptical about purchasing another griddle from Members Mark as my first one the griddle warped so I was leaning more towards the Blackstone. Then one day while visiting Sam's, the ProSeries griddle was on display, and I saw that the griddle has been reinforced. Assembly was simple and the instructions were clear and concise, I had no problems whatsoever. The initial seasoning proved the burners heat the griddle evenly and I love the grease trap being accessible from the front.

After reading a lot of riviews I decided to go with Member's Mark brand , I got so much more for the money and it feels and works just as good as Blackstone brand. I'm very happy with my purchase I would buy this griddle again without thinking twice about it. I highly recomend it.

Horrible shipping procedure from Sam’s. The griddle shipped common carrier without any proper securing of box. When the driver hands you screws that were picked up off the floor, you know it’s not going to be good. Griddle was bent in many places, missing screws, and of course the help number wasn’t helpful at all. Then the only option I was given was to have it picked up….Still waiting Sam’s? This was a birthday present from my wife to me and now she feels bad that I won’t have a gift.

Have had this griddle in use for about 3 weeks. First one came damaged but Sams and manufacturer worked hard to pickup damaged griddle and replace with new one. Love this griddle! I have cooked steaks shrimp, seafood, quesadillas, vegetables, burgers and hot dogs etc. Only downside is that the lowest setting is hot enough to cook all of the above so I would like a little more control. May talk to tech with manufacturer. I would recommend this griddle with 5 stars. Take time to season correctly and practice on family and neighbors. Definitely would purchase again!

Great griddle. Works well for us. Sturdy, and the side shelves are nice. The underneath storage is a little constrained due to support braces being inside it. The written instructions leave out a couple key items, forcing you to use the app to see instructions that work.

This was purchased as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. Unfortunately, the front panel was very damaged upon receipt and was not realized until this portion of the grill was assembled (almost last). Other than receiving a damaged product, the grill is excellent in terms of performance.

We purchased this griddle after doing a LOT of research. We chose the Member's Mark because it's made of stainless steel, and therefore, will not rust. This was purchased as a gift because we LOVE the one we purchased for ourselves several years ago. It is easy to maintain, and the folding side tables are a great added touch.

I really like this griddle. Easy to put together, took my wife and I about 90 minutes. What I like: front grease trap, lid (also blocks grease splatter from the rear), 5 burners makes it easy to adjust heat, folding shelves, all 4 wheels swivel making it easy to move on the deck. What I don't like: no drawers like last years model, to much heat comes up from the front space between the griddle and frame. This is a nice griddle and easy to season and cook on. I recommend it.

This is a really nice griddle. It is made well and cooks great. The only changes I would recommend are larger wheels or better quality, and I would make the grease hole in the cooking surface larger. It would be nice to have a drawer to store utensils instead of an open cabinet beside the propane tank.
