This is a really nice griddle. It is made well and cooks great. The only changes I would recommend are larger wheels or better quality, and I would make the grease hole in the cooking surface larger. It would be nice to have a drawer to store utensils instead of an open cabinet beside the propane tank.

This grill is awesome. the assembly was not difficult. The BILT app made it really easy to follow along. i seasoned it up after building it and we had breakfast for dinner. I like the size of the flat top area, the side shelves are a great size. a lot of attention to detail on this grill. my only complaint is the fingerprints on the stainless steel, they wipe off easily enough but they will happen. love the front grease trap. I have had it 2 weeks now and have made at least 14 meals on it. added bonus the kitchen stays clean! great price for all the features, even better I got it on sale.

Horrible shipping procedure from Sam’s. The griddle shipped common carrier without any proper securing of box. When the driver hands you screws that were picked up off the floor, you know it’s not going to be good. Griddle was bent in many places, missing screws, and of course the help number wasn’t helpful at all. Then the only option I was given was to have it picked up….Still waiting Sam’s? This was a birthday present from my wife to me and now she feels bad that I won’t have a gift.

After few weeks of use we love this griddle. Assembly was simple, especially with the BILT app. It’s easy to use and cook meal with less time. Trying different dishes and learning cooking tips. Overall we are very happy with built quality and performance of the griddle.

Great flat top!!! I converted mine from propane to natural gas. I used the Blackstone Propane to Natural Gas Conversion Kit for Grill, Griddle. I got mine off Amazon. You will need this kit to change out the burner orifices. Overall I would recommend this griddle both for functionality and price.

Great griddle. Works well for us. Sturdy, and the side shelves are nice. The underneath storage is a little constrained due to support braces being inside it. The written instructions leave out a couple key items, forcing you to use the app to see instructions that work.

I was excited to get this griddle. It heats up really fast. The second time I cooked on it the griddle warped while cooking. The front left corner lifted up about 3 inches!!! I turned the heat down and it went back to almost flat. Now I’m afraid to put much heat on it. I only use it on low which is still pretty hot. I love everything else about it. I love cooking on it. I just don’t know if it will warp again.

Simple to put together especially with an extra hand lifting the larger items. We have cooked supper and breakfast on it and so far I am impressed. We bought on sale and for the price I am very happy as compared to more than double for the comparable blackstone model.

I owned a small Blackstone and liked it a lot. When I wanted to move up to a larger size, I was intrigued by the Member's Mark griddle - especially the price point (which was significantly less than the Blackstone version). When I checked with Consumer Reports, I saw the ratings were nearly the same, except the Member's Mark one rated higher for the stainless cart, cabinet, and storage. Actual assembly took about 90 min from box. The ONLY thing I didn't like were the large stickers placed on the useable surface side shelves, even though the item was boxed. No need for these "promotional" stickers, especially if boxed. One sticker came off reasonably well - the other not so much. It seemed almost "fused" to the shelf surface. None of the adhesive came off, so it took me all sorts of solvents and elbow grease (and about 2 hours!) to remove it, which left some visible tarnish/scratches on the stainless finish. There's no need for stickers that stick that well - or really any stickers at all. Other than that, I REALLY love this griddle - so much that I bought one for my home and one for my vacation property! The only other issue is that an area within 1-2 inches of the front corners of the griddle don't seem to get enough heat, so it's hard to season the griddle top in those spots.. With such a large griddle, it's not a big deal since there's plenty of additional room to cook on. So my f5-star rating is really more like a 4.7 star rating for those two reasons - terrible sticker experience and the lower heat on the front corners. Other than that, this is a great griddle!

I was skeptical about purchasing another griddle from Members Mark as my first one the griddle warped so I was leaning more towards the Blackstone. Then one day while visiting Sam's, the ProSeries griddle was on display, and I saw that the griddle has been reinforced. Assembly was simple and the instructions were clear and concise, I had no problems whatsoever. The initial seasoning proved the burners heat the griddle evenly and I love the grease trap being accessible from the front.
