Love it

Took a few hours to assemble but so far we have loved it. Easy to season and easy to clean. Consistent heat across the whole grill and large enough to utilize different heat in different regions. For the price point it can’t be beat.

Griddle warps when it’s hot

It cooks fine, but it’s a bad design. The griddle isn’t bolted down so when it heats up, the front right corner pops up, warping the surface. It returns to form once the heat is down.

It is very common for griddles to expand and contract during heating and cooling, and in some cases with thermal shock the griddle can warp or pop-up temporarily, but will correct itself. This is likely to occur in the first couple months of use but will correct itself with continued use. You can reduce the impact by only placing room temperature foods on the griddle, never placing food right from the fridge or freezer onto the surface, and also not pouring water on the surface for cleaning.All Member’s Mark items carry a 100% member satisfaction guarantee . Exceeded my expectations. Much hotter than I'll ever need. Only one catch, the pictures make it appear all stainless, but only the front and top are. Very forgiveable for the quality, function, and price.

All grey accented parts are a textured grey powder coat that is scratch resistant. Besides the visible exterior stainless parts, all internal cooking components including burners and hardware are all 304 stainless steel, all chosen for their durability, performance and long life expectancy. I put the griddle together in about 2 hours. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow. Though we have only cooked on the griddle once, we are looking forward to many more summer meals

Members Mark Pro series 5 burner gas griddle

Very please with this item. Easy to assemble, I did it myself, I did have to have my boyfriend lift the griddle and put it in place. I found the extra drain pans at Dollar General 3 for 1.00.
