This arrived damaged so we have not been able to use it. It is taking over 3 weeks to process a return. I wouldn’t get it shipped to home again. Maybe try picking it up at the store.

Very please with this item. Easy to assemble, I did it myself, I did have to have my boyfriend lift the griddle and put it in place. I found the extra drain pans at Dollar General 3 for 1.00.

Took a few hours to assemble but so far we have loved it. Easy to season and easy to clean. Consistent heat across the whole grill and large enough to utilize different heat in different regions. For the price point it can’t be beat.

It took a couple of hours to put together with Instructions easy to follow. Very satisfied with this griddle. Can cook Steaks on one side and veggies on the other side at a lower temperature. Highly recommended for the price.
