This is my 3rd year using it , and during summer months as I live in the Midwest it's our go to everyday ! This is a GREAT product and well worth the money . I'd give it 10 stars if I could .

Love it, only issue is my far left burner ignitor in the know fell off after my third cook. I only turn that one on when reseasoning the top. So not much usage but still. Wish Sam's sold the foil drip pans.

This arrived damaged so we have not been able to use it. It is taking over 3 weeks to process a return. I wouldn’t get it shipped to home again. Maybe try picking it up at the store.

The grill looks great after we built it except for the fact that they are two huge stickers on the two side plates that when removed leave a nasty film. Ridiculous!!!! Such a nice, new, classy looking grill with awful sticker mess. Come on!!!!

I purchased this on the 4th of July promotion and am so happy i went this way vs the Weber Slate. I am sure the Slate would have been great but for 1/2 the price this thing really performs well. The Assembly was very easy and everything fit perfect. After seasoning this thing really cooks well and the surface if very predictable for me so I know where my heat variations are (secret no griddle is 100% even) and can work accordingly every time. The wind shields work well so this performs on days with higher wind in the Midwest. Overall I can't see how I would have been better served with another brand in any way.

This was very easy to put together. My husband and I assembled it in about an hour. Using the app and the instructions in the box everything was simple to understand and follow. Be mindful that when you get to step 12 where you attach B15 to D18 it was already assembled.

Parts and hardware are well packaged, and the assembly app (replacing printed instructions) is easy to follow. However, the instructions could be more helpful in contrasting similar pieces like left & right side panels. Also, since the rail with top front door supports can be screwed on upside-down (until you learn how the push-pins function later in the build)... pictures highlighting the proper orientation could be clearer. The heavy griddle plate is pre-assembled to the stainless lid with hinges. The only downside to the assembly app is a limitation in electronic technology in outdoor elements. I chose a bright sunny day to assemble my griddle on the patio where I plan to use it. The display on my phone and tablet struggled to compete with the glaring sun. Still, the app worked well, and I am happy with the product. No troubles with any screw threads or panel alignment.

After a couple months using I can give accurate feedback. It has many good points. Definitely cooks well. Great size. Has a lid . Really like the grease trap in the front. Good aesthetics. Feels heavy duty and sturdy. Seems like a good value compared to other models with similar features but could be better. I gave it 4 stars but probably would call it 3.5. Some things stand out that make me downgrade it a bit. The lid would be better if hinged on the top. With it sliding half way down the back it is nearly impossible to clean. I also don’t like the location for the propane tank. It sits at the back of the base. It’s difficult to get the tank in and to open/close the valve. It would be much easier to deal with the tank if it sat towards the front of the base. Obviously time will tell if it is a quality product. Overall I am satisfied but would definitely look for a unit with a better design if I had to shop for another one.

I actually went to Sams to get the 4 burner griddle when it was on sale but they sold out so I bought this one instead, and I'm glad I did. I use it atleast 3-5 times a week for the past month and not 1 issue yet. Cleans nicely and the top is still great, just make sure you level it right! My coworker who has the 4 burner one is actually about to get this one because he said it's seems to be built alot better.

I've been using this griddle for a few months now. Wanted to wait until I'd had it for a bit before leaving a review. I love this thing. I've cooked multiple breakfasts, lunches, and dinners on it and always been happy with the outcome. As with anything of this sort you're going to have hotter spots and you just need to learn those. You also need to learn the right temps at which to cook various dishes. I am not always successful, but that's on my, not the griddle. I did have it warp once early on, but did a bit of research and it said this happens sometimes with other brands, too, and it will flatten back out, which it did. Since that one time it's never happened...again, likely my fault learning how to use it. I love the extra storage and the lid. My brother-in-law has the big name brand and he had to pay a lot more to get a cover and he doesn't have any of the storage. I also love the side tables, though I removed the knobs for hanging things as I just use the magnets to hold my tools. It's actually better to use metal instruments on these types of surfaces (cast iron and carbon steel, too).
