Unacceptable low quality. Somehow the package we received was more like dark meat instead of white like pork should be. It was definitely pork but the taste and texture was off. There was a lot of weird sections that had to be thrown away due to it being basically repulsive. This seems like a good deal price wise but when part of it has to be thrown out and what's left isn't appetizing, it's most definitely a bargain. First time purchasing but will not try again or recommend.

We purchase at least once a month. Favorite way is to rub with olive oil, white pepper, tarragon, onion and garlic powder then pan sear outside and finish off in oven for 25 minutes or internal temp of 145. Let rest. Carve. You CANNOT beat the lucious flavor. And the price is ultra affordable. Makes fantastic left over sandwiches or a casserole with mashed potatoes, mixed veggies and Heinz gravy topped with Stove Top stuffing. A family fav for sure!!

This is my first time purchasing this pork at Sam's club. I put it in the old crock pot in bone broth on low for 8 hours, drained the juices and put lots of BBQ sauce on it for another hour or so and it was absolutely delicious. Will be buying it again soon.
