This is my first time purchasing this pork at Sam's club. I put it in the old crock pot in bone broth on low for 8 hours, drained the juices and put lots of BBQ sauce on it for another hour or so and it was absolutely delicious. Will be buying it again soon.

This comes in a two pack at my club and I am looking forward to fixing the second tenderloin in my pack. I roasted this for about an hour on a bed of veggies (carrots, onions, potatoes) with veggie stock. I pierced the tenderloins with a small sharp knife and slipped some sliced garlic and rosemary into cuts. Served with stuffing and baked apples this was a delicious Sunday dinner.
