Best grill I've owned. I can control the temp perfectly, plenty of room for everything. Im using it every day almost. 3-D directions by the Bilt app made it a breeze to put together, had it assembled in 2 hours with the help of my 9 year old daughter

Well, the grill works great, but the directions to assemble it were terrible. It took my husband over 8 hours to assemble it, breaking it into two days.The language he spoke you would not want to hear. That's why 2 days.I wish Sams Club would have offerd it put together and not in a box.

Only used once so far so this review won't address long term durability and performance: first things first - a thousand thank yous to those who recommended heating the grill to remove the huge sticker on the top of the grill. Worked like a champ. Took me 2+ hours to assemble but I'm very much dependent on instructions (used the printed manual and the Bilt app); parts well marked instructions pretty straight forward. Parts seem durable and well made. Has started first time and every time I've fired it up - all 4 burners and the side burner. Easily got to over 600 degrees with all 4 burners. First grilled meal was 4 pork tenderloins - heat regulation was superb as were the tenderloins. Looking for reasons to grill more often. Nice that the cover was included - very thick cover with side vents and velcro tie-downs on each end. So far, SO good.

Since I had a chance to put this grill together it gave me the opportunity to see how well it's built from the inside out. Everything went together as it should. Exactly right amount of all parts. It took me longer than the 1.5 hrs but I'm not good at this kind of thing. The phone app with the video directions helped a lot. My husband was not too happy that I purchased this grill as he liked the last one, but I hated how that one cooked. So, he really didn't help put it together, only the part where we lifted the grill onto the base. That being said he LOVES the way this one cooks and so do I! It's a quality grill and I love the black exterior. It will stay looking good so much longer than a stainless steel grill, IMO. Also, the cover is very nice. All in all I highly recommend this grill!

I would really enjoy the grill if I could get it past 275-300 degrees. Not sure if this is a regulator issue but has bummed me out.

Required 2 people to put together and it went smoothly. So far have grilled steaks, hamburgers and pork chops. The grill preformed as advertised. The best grill I've had.

Beautiful grill and it cooks so well! Comes with a fitted cover and has knobs for hanging cleaning brushes, tongs, etc. I've grilled about 10 times already and ive been pleased with the food wvery time!

Im 71 years old. I've bought many gas grills. This one is top notch. The best one i have ever owned. Be aware that the burners are farther away from the grates than most. Quality is great.

Delivery was great and provided a lot of updates before received. Box included it all but it did take a couple hours to assemble. All pieces were in good shape and directions were good. Really nice grill and worked right away.
