This grill is well made and cooks evenly. I couldn't be happier at half the price of the Weber it was compared to. Regarding the problems people are having removing the stickers, I had no problem removing them after I turned the grill on and allowed the lid to heat up. The sticker pealed right off.

This is my second purchase of the same grill, one for home and one for the lake house. Second one was on sale so I could not resist. Know that some (much) assembly is required, though it's quite an excellent kit. Going slowly, it was a four-hour process to complete the assembly and do the initial burn-off. Solid construction all around and works great. The form fitting cover, included in the kit, is another bonus. If I had another house, I'd buy another one of these grills.

I really like this grill! Like a lot of reviews, build quality is excellent! The BILT app & segregated labeled screws made it easy. It took my 24 year old son & I, 2 I/2 hours to assemble with no breaks. We are both mechanically inclined. Cost is less than half of that of a Weber. I have used it about 20 times. Starts right up. I can't speak of the longevity, however. I would certainly recommend this grill. The included cover is a plus & nice quality. I do have a concern like some other reviewers. How & where do I go to order spare parts down the road? Sam's tech can you order that question?

The grill was a lot easier to put together than what others warned. My meals taste wonderful with this new grill. It exceeded my expectations in regards to quality parts and fit. It is a solid product.

This is a great grill. I replaced my Weber with this grill. It works great! Hopefully it will last longer than my other grill. It did take a while to put together but it is a nice quality grill.

Best grill I've owned. I can control the temp perfectly, plenty of room for everything. Im using it every day almost. 3-D directions by the Bilt app made it a breeze to put together, had it assembled in 2 hours with the help of my 9 year old daughter

Works well enough. The fit of all the parts is very cheap feeling. For instance, when cleaning the grills with a brush, they fit so loose that they bang into the fire box, this is a minor thing, but shows poor engineering. Also the inner cover on the lid was all dented up and damaged. This is 100% poor production issue. Over all it works fine, but I feel it was still too expensive. Next time I will probable get the Weber they compares it to. I will try and review it again in a year. Assemble was easy enough, and had no missing parts. The included cover is nice.

Overall the grill and features are good. The pro series has high quality parts, but assembly took a full afternoon. I suggest to get a plastic storage bin to organize all the screws and fasteners. They come in a perforated card board and plastic package and when opened they spill out. My main complaint is that all the screws are aluminum so a magnetic bit holder is no good. Any screws that are installed horizontally or underneath the shelves and on the main grill body was a challenge. The box was delivered damaged and noted on the delivery paperwork, but fortunately there was enough protective packaging that nothing was damaged.

I am newer to sams club and so far every purchase I’ve made other then food such as flooring and now the grill has had to be replaced due to broken pieces. This grill I had to bring back to sams club to switch out and then drive all the way from Plattsburgh back home to find another piece bent. That being the back panel. Luckily the bent piece wasn’t as bad as the first grill we got and we’re still able to use it. I do like that the burners inside the grill have covers to prevent food dripings to get all over the burners. It seems Heavy duty, we haven’t tried it out yet… probably will today hopefully it goes well…

It is a decent grill,it took some time to assemble about 2 hours (1 hour of un packing). The one negative thing is that all 4 burners have to be on high and max out a 575.
