Just assembled the grill two days ago and it took me a total of about 5 hours by myself. I was able to assemble it by myself up to the point where you set the grill top onto the base just as the instructions stated. Needed 2 people then due to weight and alignment. DON’T LOOSE ANY SCREWS CAUSE THERE ARE NO EXTRAS, so work in an area where you can find any you drop. I found at least one small dent in the front panel near the burner knobs. Noticeable but does not affect the operation. Inside the lid there are 2 more dents in the lining. Again, does not affect performance. I was able to follow the written instructions for the complete assembly but also downloaded the BILT app for additional details especially on wiring of the igniter. Yesterday, I seasoned the grill cooking grates with Crisco per the instructions to make them “non-stick”. I have used ceramic coated cast iron skillets in the past with little luck seasoning them and making them non-stick. I guess these will be the same as the chicken and pork loin chops both stuck to the grates. Maybe this will improve with use. I also found that with all 4 burners turned on as low as they will go and a new full propane tank, the cooking temperature would reach 400F degrees. This is as low as I could get the cooking temperature. This is the biggest defect I see. Every BBQ grill has its qwerks and I want to give this one a fair shake before calling the company so I want to use it more before passing judgement. May have to cook with less burners turned on to keep temp down. So far, I really love the included grill cover. It seems heavy duty and well made. We will see how it lasts over time. I really wanted a Weber but couldn't justify the cost. This grill had a good comparison between it and the Weber E310. So far, I am happy with this purchase.

I bought this grill at less than half the price of a Weber. The sticker on the grill claims its just as good. I have bought many grills in my life, but have never had to spend 8 man hours putting it together. Yes, me and my wife spent 4 hours. I may not be the most mechanically inclined, but am not the worst either. When we finally finished, I fired it up and was most please it worked....sort of. The outside burner and 3 out of 4 burners worked. The second burner from the right would not light. Cold and exhausted, I put the nice fitted cover on the grill and parked it on my patio. Would I buy it again? Probably not. I think I should have bought the Weber I really wanted.

So far, I like the grill, but I've only been able to use it once since purchasing it. It was relatively easy to assemble, but time consuming. When I tested the gas line, it had a pretty bad leak behind the brass nipple that goes into the propane tank. Called the "gas grill issue" line, and another one was shipped. It took about a week to arrive. SAME ISSUE!!!!! Plus, the regulator is at a right angle with the hose, and it was hard to attach it to the propane tank at that angle. I decided to just go out and buy a replacement gas line, which works just fine. Hated spending the extra money, but hated not grilling even more.

I am a novice in grilling, but was seeking a quality grill that would stand up to more than one season. I believe this is great quality, especially for the price. I always appreciate that with my Sam's purchases. I put it together with the help of my friend's 13 year old son, and we did it. My neighbor helped me hookup the propane tank, and he was very impressed with the grill. Now to get grilling...

Great grill, well worth the bargain price. All the small parts are neatly packaged in a large package with individual compartments and safely sealed until you need each one. My only minor complaint is with the assembly directions, which are entirely in picture form. Sometimes a picture really isn't worth a thousand words.

This is a heavy duty grill with coated grates. I have used it nonstop since I purchased it.
