Amazing Grill
Bought this after doing much research and price comparing. We had a Weber Genesis for a few years until it rusted to nothing. Checked this out in the Club and was impressed at how heavy it felt. Putting it together took me maybe two hours. Everything went together as it should, there are simply a lot of parts. Not that difficult. Fired it up and it gets hot quickly. Easily peeled the sticker off the lid once hot. Let it burn on high for 15 minutes as recommended. Seasoned the grates as recommended. Cooked steaks and wings in it and it functioned perfectly. Even heat and no flares. Every bit as impressive as the Weber at leas than half the price. Now we’ll see how durable it is over time.
Thank you so much for taking time to give us your detailed feedback! We are so happy to hear that you didn't have any issues removing the sticker. We hope you get many years out of your new grill.

Great grill
Great grill, easy to assemble - but time consuming. Use the BUILT phone/tablet app for steps. It is amazing for assistance. Heated up well even with cool temps in the 30s. As others noted, don't remove the sticker on the lid until you heat the grill over 300 degrees. It will come right off and then wipe the lid with a damp cloth while still hot. Only critical comment is th heat shield underneath in the cabinet makes the gas tank a tight fit. Anticipating this grill lasting a long time.
Thank you so much for your review! We have passed on your feedback regarding the heat shield. Thank you for choosing Member's Mark.
Great Grill BUT STICKERS!!!
We LOVE this grill! It was a bit tedious for set up and the STICKERS on the top of the grill were AWFUL getting off! However, the grill is AMAZING and works well. It cooks evenly and is easy for cleanup. Would definitely recommend just be prepared for putting it together and the STICKERS!
Thank you so much for taking time to give us a review! We have made some recent changes to the stickers since we got feedback about the adhesive. We are so pleased that you are happy with your purchase and we hope you get lots of use out of your new grill.
Very Sturdy
This took about 2hrs to assemble, BUT I was in no rush and using blue loctite on screws. Directions were very straight forward. I was a little overwhelmed during the unboxing giving the amount of parts. Just give yourself some room and lay everything out and your good. That sticker on the prep side is a joke! Going forward just tape the advertisement on - NO sticker. The ignitor wires are funky, too many, too much spaghetti, a better design is needed. I believe I can get a solid 4-6 yrs out of this grill. The cover is heavy and thick should protect it very well. For the price I see alot of value in this unit. I believe a 3 burner with a side burner is the perfect size for homeowners. Once put together the grill felt solid, study, substantial I'm very pleased!
Very Good Choice
I bought this grill last week. Only tool needed to assemble this grill is a phillips screw driver. All the nuts are permanetly attached to the grill. Directions are easy to follow, however; I suggest removing the lid from the grill to make it lighter during installation. Remove from each side the ring clips and pins and then set the lid aside till finished. Reattach the lid as your last step. I have used this grill 2x and I believe I made a good purchase.
Thank you for leaving a review and providing feedback. Happy grilling!
Better than all these people say..
It only took me about an hour or so to put together. I only needed a second person for like two minutes. I have no idea how all these people took so long to put this together.. No problem with gas, everything has worked fine. I usually only use 3 burners and it's always over 450 degrees on high. If you need to cook a steak at 700 degrees you have a problem. I get nice medium to medium rare steak with grill marks no problem. I don't know why you need to "char" it. I just cooked prime rib burgers tonight perfectly and they had those nice criss cross grate marks. The aluminum box wipes off very easily to keep clean. They only complaint so far it actually feels light to me. I might put some weights in the bottom. We'll see how it holds up in the long run.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We're happy to hear that the assembly went smoothly. Your feedback regarding the overall weight of the grill has been passed along. Please note there are 2 locking casters at the back of your grill, that you might find helpful to keep your grill in place. Hope this helps!
Impressed
Bought this unit yesterday. Took about 3.5 hours but everything fit nicely. And all I needed was a screwdriver. Fired it up on the first try. Today I coated the grills with vegetable oil and also placed aluminum foil on the slide-out tray to help with the cleanup after several cookouts. Bought a couple Strip steaks and cooked them in about 15 minutes to medium rare, came out perfect! I would definitely compare this unit to a Weber. I’m impressed so far! I bought a universal rotisserie to add on to this unit for about $40.00. Looking forward to many cookouts!
Thank you for taking time to leave a review and feedback of your experience. The foil in the grease tray is a great idea for easy clean-up. Happy grilling!
Replaced a Barbecue Galore Grill.
From the moment you take the parts out of the box you will realize the this is a high quality grill, and when I fired up the first time it quickly heated to temp. A couple of of suggestions to buyers: 1.) Take a couple minutes to label the nuts and bolts to insure you are using the the correct parts for each step of the assemble. 2.) Leave the grill bucket and lid sitting in the box until you are ready to lift onto the stand, and make sure you have a helper for this part of the assemble. It is super easy and takes about 2 minutes, but it does require two people. 3.) I started with the instruction manual, but found the application with step by step video more helpful and I liked that I could zoom in and out to see the details each step of the way. 4.) Give yourself 3 hours to assemble (1 hour to unpack and 2 hours to to put the parts together). Enjoy the grill will sear your steak like a champ!!

Love this grill!
I researched grills thoroughly and decided to take a chance on this 4 burner Pro Series gas grill, based on customer reviews and side by side comparisons. It is an outstanding grill! It was easy to assemble, the step by step instructions very easy to follow. There is nothing to not like about this grill. It cooks like a dream, and cleans up with ease. The cover fits perfectly and is very easy to put on and take off. I am very happy I chose this over a Weber.

Assembly afterthoughts
Leave the box in your pickup and use a razor knife to fold the four sides of the cardboard box down to reveal the grill firebox. It is heavy and you will need to roll it onto its back and then set it onto the base soon. Be careful not to damage the enamel coating of these large parts during unpackaging. You will need to find the four caster wheels to begin assembly. You will start with the larger bolts to assemble the base cabinet and the side shelves. If you carefully align the sides of the cabinet base it will improve the final fit. Use a screwdriver. Go ahead and attach the ground lead under one of the screws while attaching the igniter module to the side. Be careful to not overtighten the wire rack that holds the drip pan. Overtightening will peak and chip the enamel coating. Save a couple wire ties to manage your grill wires later. Add 1 inch washers to the top two bolts on both of the side shelves to prevent bending damage if a shelf is ever overloaded. This is a weakness. Take care not to overtighten the plastic bezel for the side burner or the 6 plastic knobs. Take your time aligning and threading the 2 small bolts into the side burner controller. Get it bent straight into place so you can see your holes before you begin trying to thread these small bolts. Attach the wires to the back of the igniter switch before you push the switch all the way in. It will be a tight fit against the gas line and you may need to use both your thumbs to bend the line away from the back of the switch to allow it room. Do not bend the front face of the shelf. The cabinet doors are nice and they are held closed by magnets, but I had to place 2 small washers under the hinge of one of my doors to align them. Use the matchstick holder to push the top hinge pin out of the hole if you need to remove a door. You have chosen wisely. Enjoy!
