Mark Pro grill
I bought this for two reasons. Price and the ads comparison to Weber grill. The Mark Pro is definitely not a Weber. I have only used it 7 months and it is showing signs of rust. Had a Weber grill for 23 years and only cleaned off rust twice to repaint. I have this grill under a cover everyday. Note grills are to be used outdoors so rust is an issue that the manufacturer knows ahead of the production. If you call about the rust they do not warranty rust and it is in the manual. This disclaimer is in the box not readily available by a customer at Sams. They don’t sell a natural gas kit to plumb your grill for gas vs propane. I am extremely disappointed on both points which both are predetermined so shame on another corporate decision that costs a consumer both time and money.

Stiiiiiiiiiiiiiiickers!!!
This is a well built grill, nice bang for your buck but the sticker on the lid is absolutely ridiculous, it covers the whole lid and will cost you another $10 in cleaning supplies (goo gone) and another hour to remove! I hope the lid is not ruined by the goo gone, it’s the only option. Maybe try removing with hair dryer??
Hi kjames, We understand and are sorry. We will be making changes right away to address this issue. Here is our method for next time... RUST
I haven't had this grill a year, and have had the valve leak (warranty replaced), bevels lose their paint, and cause rust under the bevels. The bevels were replaced, but the rust is my problem. This grill is under a patio roof and is completely covered when not in use. I bought this in April of 2022. Buy a Webber, they stand by their product.

Sams outsources their warranty on this grill
Grill was delivered 11/3/23. The regulator has already went out and costs $26.99 to replace. Contacted the grill service department because this is a warranty issue. The grill department stated they would replace regulator, but I'd have to pay $25 + for shipping to get a warrantied part. It's pitiful when you pay in excess of $500 for an item and 6 months later it's already out of service. Who in the world charges for an in warranty part? Per the Sams satisfaction guarantee the item can be returned anytime in the warranty period. So I assume that the $500 grill can be retuned over a $27 part? Save your money and buy a grill that the manufacture will warranty.

Responding to “not a Weber”
Just want to point out that yes, it’s not a Weber, it’s actually better. Please research which steel type is better before pointing out that 304 will rust. Weber uses 430 grade, which is actually cheaper and more prone to rust. 304 is more expensive and the most corrosion resistant. Easy way to find out if a grill is using cheap steel is to see if it’s magnetic. 304 is not and 430 is. Also, the tub and sides are cast aluminum not stamped, same as Weber.

Dries meat out and does not seer
On the positive side, it is a well constructed, heavy duty grill. The big negative is that is just dries the meat meat out rather than sear it. I've never cooked such dry hamburgers in my life and I've been grilling for 50 years. I've had it for about 2 years now but it is a big disappointment as it is rather costly.

The Member's Mark Pro-Series 4 Burner Gas Grill can easily reach temperatures +650F on Max temperature, which is well above searing temperatures. To correct heating issues, please perform a regulator reset. Directions for the regulator reset can be found on page 9 of your manual. Replaced a Barbecue Galore Grill.
From the moment you take the parts out of the box you will realize the this is a high quality grill, and when I fired up the first time it quickly heated to temp. A couple of of suggestions to buyers: 1.) Take a couple minutes to label the nuts and bolts to insure you are using the the correct parts for each step of the assemble. 2.) Leave the grill bucket and lid sitting in the box until you are ready to lift onto the stand, and make sure you have a helper for this part of the assemble. It is super easy and takes about 2 minutes, but it does require two people. 3.) I started with the instruction manual, but found the application with step by step video more helpful and I liked that I could zoom in and out to see the details each step of the way. 4.) Give yourself 3 hours to assemble (1 hour to unpack and 2 hours to to put the parts together). Enjoy the grill will sear your steak like a champ!!

Great Grill BUT STICKERS!!!
We LOVE this grill! It was a bit tedious for set up and the STICKERS on the top of the grill were AWFUL getting off! However, the grill is AMAZING and works well. It cooks evenly and is easy for cleanup. Would definitely recommend just be prepared for putting it together and the STICKERS!

Very Good Choice
I bought this grill last week. Only tool needed to assemble this grill is a phillips screw driver. All the nuts are permanetly attached to the grill. Directions are easy to follow, however; I suggest removing the lid from the grill to make it lighter during installation. Remove from each side the ring clips and pins and then set the lid aside till finished. Reattach the lid as your last step. I have used this grill 2x and I believe I made a good purchase.
