DO NOT buy this dryer. Ours stopped heating after just over a year and won't shut off if not unplugged. The #1 worst appliance we ever purchased. Repair person coming out to look at it. Also the sensor never worked, we always had to set it to a timed dry or the clothes were very damp. Wish I knew this before purchasing!!!!!!!!!!

We have tried to use this dryer for a few months. We hate it because we cannot adjust the temperature settings with the Normal or Permanent Press cycles. Both cycles are set to medium temperature, which is TOO HIGH to use for synthetic material, exercise clothes, and many other common fabrics. This is the first dryer we have had in 40 years that does not allow adjustment of the temperature. It will ruin our clothes unless we dry everything on delicate cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this dryer installed today. It's dry sensor reduces drying time. I would like to see this model have a light inside to illuminate for ease of extracting clothes. So far the dryer is very easy to use

DO NOT DRY ANYTHING with drawstrings. I've had 4 pair of joggers eaten by where the lint filter is attached to the dryer. There is a noticeable gap between the dryer and the frame of the lint filter holder where the aglet snags and doesn't get released. This generally results in a) the drawstring being twisted a good 50 times and b) other items in the dryer get tangled into a gordian knot. I would consider this a major design flaw. I wouldn't recommend this dryer to anyone.

Better quality of any other dryer on market. Does not have cheap plastic dials that don't last.

Love the product. Easy to learn to operate. Will buy from this product line again.

I’ve been using the dryer for several months and it seems to work great.

I purchase this dryer less than 2 weeks ago and it has not worked since day 1.

Works as advertised. Wish it had a interior light.

So far I’m very happy with this dryer. It is working to what I have expected.
