This fits our needs perfectly. There’s the carafe when we have company or just want more than one cup, then there’s the single serve kcup side. What’s also great is you can use generic or any brand of kcups, unlike our last coffee maker, plus you can also use grounds! Only one downside that I’ve found and that is the water reservoir. You only add the amount of water that you want to use. So if you are using a kcup and fill the reservoir to the max of 14 oz, your coffee will be very watery. And having the per-use reservoir also means that it will take longer to brew since it will have heat the water. Knowing this before I was running late was a plus! Overall this was a great purchase!

We purchased this coffee pot recently. I am very happy to have the option of making a pot of coffee or using pods for a cup at a time. If anyone has found a pod storage drawer that works well with the coffee maker, please advise. Price wise, I paid $10.00 less than any other stores sell it for in my area.

This was a Christmas present for my husband. I got tired of him complaining about the Kerig we have. It did not make a strong enough pot of coffee with the carafe setting and using the carafe pod was a pain. Now I can use this new one for both at the same time.

I hated having seperate appliances for single k-cup and a large carafe. Having it all in one and it has a nice easy to read display, easy controls. The brew strength has 2 settings that you can tell the difference when you taste. Also easy to fill water stations that are seperate reservoirs for convenience. I have been waiting for a great price on a combo and I found it with this unit. A must have for home or office. I would definitely recommend and may buy for Christmas gifts!!!

I bought this about a month ago. I’m a single mom and I don’t need a whole pot of coffee all the time. It’s very convenient to make one or two cups in the mornings when it’s only me. But I also have the option to make a pot of others are here that want coffee. The single serve side is very easy to use and makes a cup quickly. I’m very pleased with my purchase

The value and ease of use is fantastic! My only complaint is that if someone wants to make a kcup coffee while the carafe is still on the warming cycle it turns off warm so the coffee in the pot won’t stay hot. I bought this so we could all have our coffee the way we want and this makes it a bit difficult. We are working around it but it would be nice if there was a function to turn the carafe warmer back on

I am pleased with the flavor of the brewed coffee. There are improvements that can be made, however I gave it a 5-star as the result of the brewed coffee is rather good for the money. If you are not getting dark coffee despite selecting the bold brew setting, then you are either being too frugal with amount of coffee grounds, are using a blonde coffee not roasted to be brewed dark and/or a combination.

I’ve been wanting this for a while and it’s great. My hubby and I share a pot in the morning but sometimes I would like a cup in the afternoon but I didn’t want to brew a whole pot. This works perfect for that. My only complaint is that it does brew a little slowly but it’s worth it for the convenience.

I love this dual coffee pot! My Kueriq needle clogged and I could not descale it. Needless to say I had to throw the coffee maker away. I found this Hamilton Beach Flex Brew Coffee Maker and I must say each cup of coffee is hot, unlike the Kueriq and I love the option of being able to make a pot of coffee or just a single cup. This was definitely an all time best purchase.

Our Mr. Coffee still worked, sort of, with a sneer from a warped lid. I found this multi-function coffeemaker, the first that could do regular carafe, Keurig or one cup regular coffee AND brew strength It's wider, as you would expect. Intuitive instructions. Simple to use. We don't use Keurig cups. However, I use the cup dispenser for hot water for cooking. A great buy!
