As far as the machine we love it. My problem with this purchase online is the fact that we received a previously opened box. I find this unacceptable. I should be given the choice to purchase an open box at a discount. When I purchase new I expect to receive exactly that, a factory sealed box. I will definitely be talking this into account on any future online purchases

Bought this coffee pot to replace a Keurig. It brews full pots of coffee, single cups from your own coffee, or K-Cups. The only negative so far is that the K-Cups have produced a cup of coffee grounds. Not sure if they are defective or if this is typical. Definitely recommend this coffee pot!

We think this machine is great. The only complaint is the side where you can brew single cups. We are not that fond of the square piece that can be removed depending on your cup size. If this could somehow lock into place, that would be ideal. It always gets knocked off when removing your smaller size cup. The machine I have at home is the same brand but older model and that piece is metal. You can flip it up or down depending on your cup size and it snaps into place. I never have issues with that one. But this large plastic chunky piece is slightly annoying.

This is the second one of these we have purchased. We love the upgrades that have been made, but the coffee carafe leaks as you pour. We tried pouring with the cup on the counter, we have tried picking the cup up and then pouring. We tried pouring slow and pouring fast and it still leaks out onto the counter. It is not a faulty pot, but faulty design of spout. I'm calling the company Monday to find out what the problem is.

I am pleased with the flavor of the brewed coffee. There are improvements that can be made, however I gave it a 5-star as the result of the brewed coffee is rather good for the money. If you are not getting dark coffee despite selecting the bold brew setting, then you are either being too frugal with amount of coffee grounds, are using a blonde coffee not roasted to be brewed dark and/or a combination.

We have been using this brand/style for several years. Holds up fairly well. The only complaint I have is the “warming plate” gets worn out before anything else or I would give 5 stars. That being said I don’t want to use any other coffee maker. Love option to brew a pot or a cup!!

Great coffee maker for the price. I replaced mine old one. Nothing wrong, except the plate warmer got rusty. Really hope Hamilton beach makes plate replacement that customers can change out as needed. Does everything a Keurig does, except 1/2 the price!

Bought this coffeepot to replace our older one, and love the feature of having a K-cup single server. Design is nice, comes with a refillable single serve coffee pod. You can set coffeepot to come on in the morning. So far has been a great machine, coffee is nice and hot and price for item was great too!

This coffee maker replaced a worn out Mr. Coffee. After ordering I realized it wasn't the one I had seen advertised on T.V. but after using it for a few cups I can say it is 5 star. We tried the single cup feature and it worked perfectly. I would recommend this unit wholeheartedly.

We were so happy with the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew because of its dual features of both brewing a single cup or an entire pot of coffee! The fact that you are able to wake up to the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed coffee, due to being able to program the time to brew, as well as the fact that the price was more than reasonable, is a no-brainer for coffee lovers!
