Disappointed

Pod side is picky about coffee type or else will spew grounds everywhere. Carafe side is now pouring grounds into pot and heating plate is cracked.

A liitle noisey

It is a little noisey but what I realize it is boiling the water. I have trouble closing on the k cup but now I push it down by hand to make the bottom hole then the lid closes easily I would recommend this coffee pot

Just what I needed!

This is a great buy! It is exactly what I needed to cater to our ever changing coffee preferences. It makes very good coffee. I love it and if you're looking to purchase this....I think you'll love it too.
