I would suggest you search the internet before you buy the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew. We bought the FlexBrew on November 11th from Sam’s Club. In less than 8 months, the reservoir could no longer hold water and would leak out quickly all over my countertop. Knowing it had a one year warranty, I contacted Hamilton Beach Customer Service and received a response that I need to cut the cord off, send them a picture of the cut cord, call them to pay $12.00 with a credit card and they will forward me a new unit in approximately 15 business days. I really believe this product need some to be recalled!!!

I got this to replace my Keurig because I got tired of spending a crap ton on K cups. Honestly best decision I have made. It brews coffee in a average time for both the pot and K cup side. It's not a noisy machine in the least. Coffee taste great. Easy to clean both internal and attachments. The one down side is if you are using the signal cup side it does take a few min longer to brew then the Keurig, that took some getting use to.

Trash. Do not waste your money. This unit lasted about 7 months. First, the single brew side would and would not function. I cleaned the unit with vinegar and cleaned the screen. This went on for about 2 months (the unit was 5 months old). The single side would work for several days and stop. The caraffe side failed not long after the single serve side. Waste of money.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and my husband and I love it! He's a "drink a pot" of coffee kind of guy and I'm the "drink a K-Cup" 1 or 2 cup kind of gal so this was a perfect choice for us! We seriously love this and have not had any issues and its nice too because if he wants just a cup of reg. coffee or whatever later in the day, it comes with a filter to brew loose coffee in a single cup filter that comes with it. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll bet you could put a tea bag in the filter and brew a cup of tea if wanted. It is a great value and really would make a perfect gift as well for any occasion!

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. I had a Ninja bar coffee maker that I loved. Unfortunately, it quit working after 1.5 years and I didn’t want to pay that price for a coffee maker that didn’t last. I’ve loved HB coffee makers before, so I decided to purchase this on b/c it fit all my needs. Pros: I was able to save counter space by eliminating my Keurig. It makes pretty good coffee, not as tasty as the Ninja, but not as bad as a cheap coffee maker. Easily set the program to make coffee in the morning. Has bold brew strength. Easy to fill if you don’t put it under a cabinet. Comes with a filter basket for your own ground coffee on the k-cup side AND it has a storage spot for it on the coffee maker. I love how the basket for the full pot has a specific way to put it in and it’s easy to do. Cons: Slow. OMG is this thing take forever to make a pot or a kcup of coffee!! (Which is why I set the timer) No reservoir for k-cup side. The kcup setup is clunky and difficult to close. We have had several accidents due to the lid not being closed all the way. If you use the included basket, this doesn’t seem to be a problem. I will reserve judgment on if I would purchase again because it depends on how long it will last. As of right now I would, because of the price (I paid $79 at Walmart) and because of the convenience of not having two machines. I really hate how slow it is and how much of a pain it is to use the k-cup, but wouldn’t keep me from purchasing again. I would say that it is worth the price.

I was so excited to purchase this Hamilton Beach FlexBrew to be able to brew a pot of coffee or use K-Cups from the same maker. We really liked the maker, as it was easy to use and made tasty coffee. Disappointingly, it only lasted several months and then it started to leak from the bottom. We used it several times more until it flooded the counter, ran down the wall and soaked the baseboard. We returned it to Sam's Club and exchanged it for the same Hamilton Beach FlexBrew thinking this was just a lemon. This was in March 2018 and 6 months later we encounter the same scenario!!! Leaking again with this one! A quality coffee maker should last years not months! Thankfully, Sam's Club has a great return policy and we returned the 2nd coffee maker. We are not buying the 3rd times the charm theory! I loved the idea of a 2-way brew, so I researched Cuisinart 12-Cup Coffee Maker & Single-Serve Brewer and Bialetti Triple Brew Coffee Maker and the reviews indicated the same leak problems with both those brands. Can any manufacturer correct this issue and make a quality leakproof flex brew product? Now I am back to using a 12-Cup coffee maker and a Keurig single serve for my K-Cups cluttering up my counters.

Bought this about a month ago for the office. Single serve or whole pot, it does a great job! I usually program it when we leave so we can have fresh coffee when we come in the next morning. The price is RIGHT, and it brews a GREAT cup of coffee. You can't go wrong with the FlexBrew!!

I don't write reviews often but wow I like this coffee pot. I had a keurig that I got used to but it's reliability just stank. I am hoping this will last me years to come, I just love the flexibility this thing provides, not only in the kcup carafe situation but that I'm not locked into K cups only. Best purchase I've made in a while.

recd this as a gift almost a year ago.,, works perfect , seen other reviews about having a problem with k pods exploding in the single cup side . Need to say I had this when I firrst used this side and started then to press pod down on the needle that it sets on and this has never happened since as I always press it down before shutting the top,,, try it , it always works right for me

After less then a year of using this machine I have to stand in front of it and repeatedly hit the brew button for the pods. It shuts off after the water gets hot and has to be turned on again. The timer works great for the full pot coffee but the coffee is not HOT. The burner does not heat well. I will not recommend this product and am waiting for it to die so I can purchase something different.
