I have had this a couple of yesrs now. My only issue is the water reservoir lid, really flimsy and does not lay flat. You have to open the lid all the way to pour the water in and didn't last long. First I had to put a dish on top of the lid to keep it semi-closed, now the lid comes off completely. Still thinking of buying another, exploring other options too.

This product is warrantied for 1 yr. From date of purchase in the U.S. but 5 years in Canada . Mine stopped working on the single serve side less than 2 weeks after the 1 yr . Warranty was up . Company refused to fix, or replace it . Oh but they offered me 15% off another one . Right . Canadiens are apparently more savvy on these companies . Americans only provide the bulk of sales to HB. I guess we’re not worth their effort .

Bought one last summer, after 3 months woke up to water all over the counter. Hamilton Beach sent us a replacement, because of the warranty. Well that was good, until the same thing happened again. Contacted HB they said the warranty was only good for the first one. We liked the coffee maker, but they need to fix the clamp on the hose. Youtube has videos on how to fix it

I have owned 2 of these HB coffee makers over the last 3 years. On both of them, the kcup side spits coffee grounds in spite of running vinegar thru unit every couple months. The other of unit works fine. If you want a dual coffee maker that lasts about a year and a half, this is the one for you.

I would not buy again! Reached out to Hamilton Beach customer service and no help. It leaked water and warped my countertop underneath where it was located. Company reply was that it was out of warranty, but here is 15% coupon and must buy from our website. No thank you. I will toss in trash and never buy Hamilton Beach again. I bought Keurig Duo this week and like it much better. As far as function prior to leak, the single serve side made an okay cup of coffee. A few times a pod would bust but not every time. However, the carafe side I was never satisfied with brew quality. Slow and coffee always tasted weak no matter how many grounds I used or if I selected regular or bold setting. First brew on Keurig Duo carafe side was a huge improvement.

We brew one pot each day. The first one last just over one year. The second lasted less than a year. They will not cover the warranty because it was not for residential use....even though we used it just as much as a one would for personal use. The features are great. But plan on having to get it replaced way too soon.

Buy the warranty to replace. I’ve been through a couple of these. The K Cup single serve side doesn’t always work. A few times with certain brands, the cup blows apart and you get grounds and water all over your counter. Looking for alternative single serve machines.
